Called Solutions Electrical and spoke with Tony who set me up for an appointment next day. Joe and Stephanie arrived on time. They resolved the issue and took the time to explain it to me. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again myself.

On Time, worked hard, friendly, and cleaned up well afterward. Honored the estimate. I will definitely use them again to rewire and upgrade other parts of my home when I have completed some structural and plumbing repairs.

I cannot recommend this team enough. We had a slightly odd project for them to tackle and they did so with aplomb! Every single person you interact with from your first email, to the electricians who come to do the work, to the accounts department are polite and professional. They are a busy group so you'll have to be a bit patient but they are worth the wait.

Any unsafe wiring (e.g., knob and tube) and ungrounded wiring was required to be updated. Staff were always prompt. If there was a delay due to traffic, they always called to advise. They worked well as a team and seemed to really enjoy their work. A walkthrough was performed at the end of each day indicating completed work and work projected for the next day. If I had any questions, they explained until they were sure I understood. Cleanup was excellent. There is nothing I can suggest for improvement. I've no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.

Received test and troubleshoot service from Solutions Electrical. No problems with any of the work done at our home. But trying to get the promised report was a hassle. Did not receive a response to e-mail inquiry, and several calls to head office were needed before getting the report.

Always on time, highly competent and professional. There are cheaper people out there, but few better. They found an electrical fire that cut off power to a quarter of our house when other electricians couldn't. After that, they replaced every plug in the house, the panel, and installed a box to support our new swim spa. All work was done extremely well.

We received excellent customer service from Solutions Electrical. They were very kind and patient with my elderly father and step-mother. We had got into a difficult situation that was beyond our technical ability. Solutions was able to respond very promptly and installed the new kitchen fixtures very quickly. Needed to troubleshoot some lingering electrical problems we were having at the home. Called Solutions. Did not expect them to send some of their top talent to do such a "small" job, but they did (Joe F from the tv show and an apprentice). In fairly short order they identified the multiple problems and fixed them. They wrote a report and emailed it to me within 48 hours with their diagnoses, fixes, and recommendations for the other, more long-term solutions. They are as professional and honest as they are portrayed on television, with sound expertise. Thank you Solutions for fixing the problems and living up to your name and reputation.
