    Test and Troubleshoot

    Solutions came out and did a test and troubleshoot and installed some new washroom exhaust fans, GFCI outlets, etc. Despite some scheduling hiccups, the actual work provided was thorough and the electricians were courteous and professional. We are happy with our decision to use Solutions and would use them again for any electrical needs in the future and recommend them to our friends.

    New breaker at panel and replace exterior pot lights with client supplied led potlights

    Had previous work done by solutions for myself and extended family. Called Tony again for a "small job" which included exterior pot light replacement. Extra attention had to be paid as we have a metal roof. They did not disappoint. Joe and Mike came out and finished the job in less time than originally quoted and tony adjusted original invoice to reflect this. I find them professional, honest and efficient. Booked them again for extended family!

    Bathroom Lighting

    During a recent reno of our upstairs bathroom we contracted Solutions Electrical to install new ceiling lights, sconces and a ceiling exhaust fan. This was our third time using Solutions Electrical. The reasons are clear. They are professional, conscientious, curteous and clean up the job site before leaving. They are simply "The Best". We sing their prasies to friends and family all the time. More electrical work ahead and no doubt Solutrions Electrical will be getting the call.

    electrical work..

    Well it started with hanging up some lighting fixtures, then a can of worms got opened... Dave and Mike of Solutions needed to run some dedicated lines, to power the new lighting my wife and I just purchased.. This is when they discovered overloaded circuits, amongst other things. They quickly assessed, and solved the issues. They did their best to ensure as little holes were made as possible. Very happy with the work, and as Realtor, they are the only company I trust and recommend to my clients.

    Complete House Rewire

    I purchased a home with an ESA certificate, expecting my electrical was OK. I noticed some things that didn't appear appropriate immediately, which were in open view. The dryer outlet was tagged into another line, visible white wires were black, etc. My home inspector dropped the ball. I called Solutions Electrical and within a very short time, without even having to do a full assessment, Joe said the words I knew were coming. My home needed a complete re-wire!!!! The guys were in my home for 9 full days and did a fantastic job!!!!! A complete re-wire, panel upgrade and increase to 200 service was done. As well, they corrected the pot lights that hadn't been done properly!!!! Needless to say I was not expecting that when I asked to ensure an ESA certificate on purchase agreement!!!!! However, now I know my home is safe and my future work to be completed in the basement this fall will be done by this team!!!!! Thanks again for a great job!!!!!

    Thank you Kim for your comments, I cannot speak for ESA I do not know for sure what they inspected. As we plan to buy our dream home, I would suggest to have an Electrical Contractor (us I hope) visit the home as well, we would not be able to see everything yet a lot of items can be noted by a trained eye.     basement and living room

    I was about to leave the office when my daughter Erika phoned and told me there was no power in the basement and living room. She did everything she could like turning on and off the breaker but still no power. She phoned two companies but didn't reply back. So I searched the internet and found Solutions Electrical with 9.9 score at Homestars. I phoned and was very happy when someone picked up the phone and she was able to find someone to come. In 15 mins, when I arrived home, there was Joe F working and trying to figure out the cause of the problem. In less than an hour the power was back. Joe F was very accommodating and even taught us some tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Very happy with Joe F who accepted the job even if he was about to go home already. Great service indeed! Will definitely recommend Solutions Electrical. Thank you.

    Electric emergency

    At 5 am I awoke to no heat in my house. My husband went to the box to find that our furnace had thrown a breaker. When he attempted to reset the breaker, sparks were flying! And the whole house went dark! Not knowing what to do, we called a company we had used before Solutions... I called at 6 am and got a call back at 630am!!! WOW. At 8am three men were at our door, diagnosed the issue, fixed the problems...that others missed by the way, and even corrected an extra issue we had that was not part of the call! The price they charged was amazing and the service was the best we have ever had!! And we are a tough sell.... Use Solutions you will not be sorry!! Best electrical company in Ontario, by a mile

I knew that it was only a one tech project, we had this crew on their way to Oakville for a scheduled project, I could not leave you with no heat.... nor could I charge for 3 techs, (I am a homeowner will everyday bills too, I would not want to be overcharged).     new lighting, rewire kitchen, service upgrade

    The Solutions team upgraded our service to 200 amp, installed a new panel, several new light fixtures, rewired the kitchen and bathroom, 2 new fans, a towel warmer, and undercabinet lighting in the kitchen. We needed to upgrade our service due to new appliances - induction cooktop and double oven. The work exceeded expectations in every way, and we are extremely happy with the service we received. Joe F. and everyone else on the team were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They arrived on time each day and worked very efficiently. They made helpful recommendations on placement of switches and which lights should be on which switch to achieve the best result. Thank you to Joe (x3) Frank, and Tony etc. - we really appreciate the fantastic job you guys did! Very impressed with this team.

    Panel upgrade and connections

    This review is one year overdue. I highly recommend Solutions Electrical. They were very professional from initial contact through to the installation. Joe and Cory replaced the fuse panel with a breaker panel, as well as upgrading the service. The team found that the original panel had been double-tapped, with a bit of scoring underneath. The new breaker panel was large enough to accommodate proper circuits. They also found stripped portions of the service coming into the house so I am glad they came and replaced this. Joe and Cory were very professional and friendly. Solutions Electrical equals honesty and integrity; with aluminum wiring in portions of my house, I was prepared to do more rewiring but they inspected and replaced connections as necessary to make sure all the connections between the copper and aluminum were safe. This kept the project cost down. I hope that I will be able to schedule work with Solutions in the future relating to some remodelling. I highly recommend this team of professionals.

    Electrical work

    This was my second time using them. We had a power shortage in half the house as a result, even the furnace had turned off. The service was great, they booked me an appt right away. The electrician was there within an hour. He was great, very respectful towards the surroundings of the house, used the little booties to cover up his work shoes. He got to the problem right away. figured out it maybe a city hydro related issue. I called the hydro company, he spoke to the utility company on my behalf to explain the technical issue related to the problem, as a result the city sent out its staff to my house right away. He switched our furnace to the line that was working so that we would have heat. His courteous efforts were much appreciated, given the winter we have had. I would definitely recommend their services! Thanks!
