I would recommend anyone looking to have their electrical work done to call on Frank. The work was excellent and after being out of our home for over a year it is great to have all our electrical running smoothly. Frank and his people put a lot of extra effort and were able to run with the many changes that were made during our construction. I'm lucky to have found them. I called Solutions based on the recommendation of a friend, and reviews here. I bought a house and inherited some tenants. In order to get insurance, I had to get an Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) certification on the place. It's an old Victorian with knob and tube and not many outlets. Solutions (I dealt with Frank and Parhez in the office) listened to my request and worked towards a solution that met my needs (I'm doing some major renos later on so just wanted a stop-gap solution at this time). Only negative points I'd make is that their quote yo-yo'd a bit (but in the end we agreed on a price that was fair to both of us) and that Parhez can talk fast and jargony at times (but he'll slow down if you just ask). But those were minor. I will definitely be contacting them when I do my major re-wiring as they're good people, fair, and they do things the right way.

Virgil and Lorenzo arrived on time, were able to replace the GFCI outlet and come up with a creative solution to bypass a broken screw in the outdoor electrical box. I was impressed with their work and problem solving. Many Thanks Peggy

The technician who arrived at my house was extremely friendly, informative and talented. He installed my five outlets problem-free, as well as fixed some issues that he observed with my vents. He went above and beyond the task required, and even moved my furnace switch up higher on the wall, so that guests dont mistake it for a light switch. He also noted that it should have been put higher in the first place. I was really pleased with the task completed, and can't wait to put my new deep freezer in the basement now. We were very happy with Solutions and would recommend them to anyone. Frank and his team (especially Virgil and Robin) were completely professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated that they took the time to answer any questions we had; that they had excellent suggestions (many things we had not thought of ourselves); and that they always made an effort to minimize the damage and dust (this was so helpful - especially with such an invasive project and with us living in the house at the time). We definitely feel that the quality of the work done and the experience was well worth the cost.

Mike, Jonathan, Virgil, Dave K, Joe F have all been to ensure that this rental property we own that is rented to students is safe, that all circuits were able to handle the loads that were placed on them as well as ensuring the wiring in the renovation area was safe. Frank was treu to his word and was able to perform the work on a timely and cost efficient basis. When Frank gave me his initial quote, I felt it was perhaps a bit high, however he told me that should the job be done in less days the cost would also reduce. Now I have dealt with numeraous contractors and this was a first to me and true to his word, the work was done in less days than anticipated and the cost of course went down. The guys who worked here were great and as always have done everything to ensure that we were happy and that our students were in a safe environment.

If you're looking for good electrical trades who are courteous, respectful and fun to be around, then you MUST hire the Solutions team. I had my electrical panel updated, a trouble-shooting review and miscellanceous electrical work completed....and I would NOT trust anyone but this company to come in and do this work. The whole team, from Frank giving the quote, Perez coordinating the schedule to the onsite team of Virgil, Jonathan & Lorenzo, were easy to deal with, efficient and completed the work on time! I recommend this company highly and would hire them again in a minute!

As a diehard fan of Holmes on Homes, I knew Frank would be the only Electrician I would trust in my home. When I finally bought a partially renovated home last June, I turned to Frank to make sure everything was right. Frank arrived on time and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining what was needed. His crew (I believe it was Robin and Jonathan) showed up on time and spent hours checking everything thoroughly and making changes where needed. The $600 price tag bought me peace of mind and you can't put a price on knowing your home is safe from wiring hazards. I've recommended Frank and his team to everyone I know and will continue to do so. I'll be calling him back to install potlights later this year.

Solutions Electrical rewired our main bedrooms and bathroom level in our backsplit.They upgraded also the panel.The crew was courteous, showing on time,cleaned everything afterwards. The electrical job was impeccably done, the inspector was very pleased with it. We can sleep now better knowing that we are safe. Great job guys, we really appreciate it.

I would not hesitate to call them again for any future electrical needs. We recently purchased a 90 yr old home with 90% outdated wiring (mostly knob & tube). Their quote was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other companies. When the crew showed up to work, they worked very quickly and efficiently. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and accommodating most of our strange requests relating to the age & details of our old home.
