Did renovation downstairs before renting to tenants. Changed floor, countertops, washroom and appliances. Needed to remove everything and found promo in newspaper and don't regret of any the service I received. Great and prompt - can't ask for more.

I have been putting off trash removal in my house for quite some time. I recently did late fall cleaning and was shocked by how much stuff came out of the wood work. Turned out to be much more than I could transport in one trip. A friend of mine suggested that I call 1-800 Got Junk because they take care of the loading and disposal. It was a very convenient way to deal with my junk problem and now I have way more space to collect new junk! I'm sure I will be using their services again in the future.

they took care of everything from removing furniture and clean up in a timely fashion their customer service skills were very friendly and helpful and they did the job right the first time

They took away my old 30 in Giant CRT TV. I wish it was cheaper even though it was still working. They also took away our freezer, but they took nearly 30 mins to do so. Overall = Average

They got the job done efficiently. Very reliable and courteous. Great company - ideal junk removal company. I will definitely hire this company in the future, there are no complaints at all.

THE GUYS WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY, MOVED LOTS OF STUFF FROM THE BACK YARD UP LOTS OF STAIRS, BUT WATCH OUT IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE "TAKE" AND "DON'T TAKE" PILES CLEARLY MARKED. ALTHOUGH I HAD CLEARLY INDICATED IT, THEY ENDED UP LOADING A "DON'T TAKE" PILE INTO THE TRUCK. WHEN I REALIZED THIS THEY OFFERED TO DIG STUFF OUT FOR ME, BUT DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS IT WASN'T AN OPTION FOR ME. WHEN I WENT ONLINE TO DO A REVIEW AS PER THEIR REQUEST, ONCE I ANSWERED POSITIVELY TO "WOULD YOU RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY?" THAT WAS THE END OF THE SURVEY - NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO REMARK ON THIS PROBLEM.

they were very efficent, and always polite. They also did a great job. They were on time and on budget. Lastly, they were prompt, professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They came on time and vacummed after they were done. When they did come out of the door there was some damage. However they were friendly and were quick.I would recommend them.

Very pleasant staff, smiling through the hard work. They bumped our deck with their truck but they repaired it very promptly and were very courteous through it all.
