    Incredible Service

    We had a problem with squirrels in the attack. Once I placed a call to Gates someone showed up at our home a day later. Joe was the technician, he went above and beyond what was expected. From not only the initial call where he placed the one way door, to two subsequent follow ups. The first follow up was to ensure all was good and remove the door and seal the opening. The second follow up, (seems I heard scratching again in the attic) was to inspect again and assure us that the initial issue was solved but a mice problem may exist. Joe then went on the roof and sealed a small hole (that's what I mean above and beyond) Certainly the company I called for extermination of mice would not go on the roof. Joe is a wonderful representative for Gates, professional and courteous. If you have a problem with wildlife call Gates and for sure ask for Joe....you will not be disappointed.

    Removal of wildlife from Attic

    Nick completed the inspection, gave us a thorough explanation & estimate for removal & protection afterward and completed the job on time. Very happy!

    Raccoon in roof

    Expensive, but worth it for the peace of mind. Raccoons are gone; the hole is fixed. Quick, reliable service.

    Small Animals Pest Control (Squirrel, Raccoon & Possum)
    The Gates technician was efficient. Pete explained the job carefully that needed to be done, and got it done in about 20 minutes. The fee for travel, new cage and the service was reasonable.

    Raccoon on roof

    First time ever calling animal control services and Gates quickly came for estimate and agreed to proceed with services with Chris. The service comes with 1 yr warranty, which was great. It took several attempts to solve the problem. Chris arrived earlier than expected, did the job same day. He came to fix one vent that was damaged by raccoon. Also, place wired mesh cover over 12 of the other vents. Chris mentioned the animal also attempted few other vents. He placed a one way door passage to lure the animal out but no point of entry. It took a few phone calls to finally get animal or animals out. Every call Chris always showed up super quick and got the job done. Even came up to attack and gave full details of what he observed. I also appreciate the service comes with 1 yr warranty. I will be recommending family and friends if they need animal services to call Gates. Thank you Chris and Gates Team! :)

    Squatting squirrels!

    I found a family of sibling squirrels had made home, rent free, in my roof/soffit. Gates Wildlife control was recommended by many on a local social media page. From the first phone call, the professionalism was second to none! I was able to schedule a first call out in less than 48 hours, and the job was subsequently assessed and completed within about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Patricks expertise and efficiency. He placed a one-way gate to ensure the squirrels were out of the space, before coming back as promised two days later to permanently, seal off the space. He fully assessed the rest of the roof and advised on 4 other areas to be sealed. All work comes with a one year guarantee but Patrick left 100% confident that would not be required. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise. I would 200% recommend!

    outstanding customer service

    Last year, I encountered an issue with squirrels. I reached out to Gates Wildlife, and they sent Chris to assist. His help was invaluablehe thoroughly explained the situation and successfully resolved the problem. Chris even followed up with me a couple of times. This year, I began hearing noises in the attic again and promptly contacted them. Chris promptly arrived, addressing the issue without any complications. I am extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service provided by Chris and his company. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

    Damaged Roof Vent Cover

    Glad we followed a recommendation and called Gates for help. From the friendly lady at the switchboard (sorry, I forgot the name) to Justin, who was able to come to our place within hours after I called, it was a great experience. Justin assessed the damage, placed a disposable trap same day and replaced the damaged roof vent cover a week later during his follow up visit. We followed Justins recommendations, and have now all roof-vent-covers and dryer-vent-opening secured with metal coverage/cages to protect from further squirrel damages Fast, efficient and knowledgeable service.

    holes in the roof

    Red squirrels created a hole in my roof and moved in. The AAA Gates technician did a thorough roof inspection and found several other holes and potential problems. He squirrel proofed the entire roof and installed a one way door in the main hole. He made a follow-up visit and found the door had been triggered so the squirrels were out and he neatly repaired the hole. I was so impressed that I called AAA Gates again this week because raccoons are tearing up the shingles. Another excellent technician performed a roof inspection. He gave me valuable advice and even helped we with my weather vane. I HIGHLY recommend AAA Gates Wildlife Control. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and personable.
