    Squirrel Issue

    Never had a squirrel issue at our townhouse complex, but this year we had double trouble. One family ate through the exterior wood and the other family ate through the attic vent into the attic area. Jake, from Gates Wildlife, worked wonders and got rid of both squirrel families. He was THE BEST! Very professional, prompt, hard working. Definitely, would use Gates again.

    Mice/Rats in Roof

    I contracted Gates Wildlife several weeks ago to resolve a problem with mice/rats in my attic. The service received by an employee was not up to my standards nor were the results favorable. Brad took the time to hear the issues, provide his expert advice and make recommendations on how I might receive better results. I now understand that not all animals can be removed humanly. I appreciate Brad's time, his courtesy and willingness to make the situation right though unable to assist further with my problem. More aggressive actions are necessary in my case and as Gates Wildlife's aim is to resolve issues in the most humanly way possible. Thanks Brad!

    Animal Removal

    Had squirrels in my soffit and they were trying to get inside my roof. Gates Wildlife came the same day and applied a one way door to the spot they were getting in which allowed the squirrels to get out but not back in. Problem now solved. Excellent service!

    skunk "removal" from underneath shed

    My initial contact was via telephone whereby I was provided with very detailed information of the work and cost that would be involved. An appointment was set for a technician to come to my home within three days. The technician was punctual, arriving right at the scheduled time. He was extremely polite and informative explaining in detail how he would install a one way door allowing the skunk(s) to leave, while installing a screen by digging 6 inches down and out in an "L" shape to prevent the skunk from digging a way back in. Explanation of the total cost was also reviewed after which I gave the go ahead. The technician began working immediately following my consent. The technician returned after three days to assess the situation, and found that there were no longer any animals living under our shed. He removed the one way door and replaced the opening with screening. I was extremely satisfied and happy with my decision to hire AAA Gates Wildlife Control.

    Wild life control

    Representative on time, polite, very thorough in explaining issue and how to resolve it. Also left note a few days later updating me that the issue was resolved.

    True professionals

    I have had Gates Wildlife deal with raccoons in my attic twice now. Our situation isn't simple because the neighbour's house is extremely close to ours, so it requires patience and thinking outside the box. Both times, they came up with perfect solutions, took the time to think them through, came back as many times as were needed, and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Particular shout out to Nick, who is really the nicest service person I've ever had in my house. Can't recommend them enough.

    Wildlife Removal

    We have used Gates on several occasions when squirrels or raccoons have found their way into our attic (very old building) Joel from Gates is fantastic and won’t give up until all entry points are sealed, even the hard to get to ones! I constantly recommend their services whenever I hear someone is in need of wildlife removal. They are the best!

    Squirrel removal

    Chris was very professional! We had a family of squirrels living in our attic and he was extremely fast and effective at resolving our the problem for us and ensuring they do not return.
