    raccoon removal

    Fantastic service! on time. provided rough quote before dispatching tech. provided a written quote before starting work. professional. courteous. reasonably priced compared to competitors. Did not push the extra options. Chris did an outstanding jog quickly finding and removing uninvited raccoon family from our attic humanly. Worth every penny I paid. Thank you Chris and Gates..

    remove raccoon from between second and 3rd floor

    There was something crawling around between our 2nd and 3rd floor. I thought it was squirrels but after calling Gates - Nick showed up and showed me the hole in the roof/soffit. It was a large hole - a raccoon had ripped up tiles and wood and got in. Nick set the one-way door. Raccoon left soon after. Nick came back and sealed everything up. All is good - except there was one angry raccoon in my backyard !! Looked big and pregnant. Luckily it did not have babies yet .....

It was excellent timing on your part to have them evicted now, especially because she was living between the floors. Removing babies from between the floors is not always easy and often involves cutting into the drywall to get at them.     Racoon in attic.

    Your company responded to my request right away. Your guy, Chris, very personable, efficient, polite, honest. His thermal camera found the beast and he got rid of my racoon problem. Best price out there! Thanks!

    Goodbye unwanted attic critters!

    When you hear critters (we thought they were racoons, but they turned out to be red squirrels) in the attic, and your skills don't include (a) figuring out what's up there; (b) how to get rid of them quickly [and humanely]; and (c) going up on an icy, sloped roof in the middle of a very cold Canadian winter to set traps and fix the areas where the squirrels came in, what are you going to do? Here's my advice, call Gates Wildlife Control. From arranging the appointment (it had to be rescheduled due to a blizzard) with Tara, to having Chris come over (on time, the day after a blizzard!) and diagnose the problems areas, explain what needed to be done, and getting it done (including following-up in person a week later to check on the traps), I was 100 per cent satisfied with my experience with Gates Wildlife Control. And those unwanted critters in the attic? They are long gone.

    Removal of squirrels

    The service was professional and friendly. Joel knew exactly where the entry point was for the pests. He was very knowledgeable and the squirrels were out in a couple of days! Great Job!

    Wildlife removal

    This company followed through on their comittment to come on the day discussed although we were having a winter storm that day! The assessment was quick and thorough and followup was excellant. They came by an extra time to check the one way window just because they were in the neighbourhood. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to neighbours and friends.

    A Racoon, or is it Squirrels in the attic !!!!!!!

    Justin was great! He even returned my frantic call (because I swear the critters were going to come through the ceiling!!!!!) And he was on his vacation! Nick was awesome! He took the time to check the attic and the roof. He closed off all the vents and pipe with wiring on the Fri and returned Monday to close everything up!! As the noisey critters left! Both Justin and Nick explained everything that was done and they were very professional and friendly. Thank you so very much!

    Squirrel in our roof.

    A squirrel got underneath our roof line and inside our roof. The amount of noise it was making was alarming. We called Gates Wildlife and made an appointment. Nick showed up on time. He was professional and polite. He set a one way door out for the animal and asked us to call him when we no longer heard anything. After getting home from the weekend, the roof was quiet. Nick showed up that day to seal the entrance off once and for all. We would definitely use these people again. Thank you Gates Wildlife

    Squirrels in the attic

    Gates Wildlife called and emailed to confirm the appt a few days earlier. I was still out of the country and knew my neighbour also wanted them to look into animals under their back deck - Gates was right on it and coordinating the appts. Nick from Gates Wildlife, who actually came to the house, was great to work with. Very professional. He climbed the roof in February to put in a humane one-way door on the hole, put wire protection on 8+ roof vents and also went into the attic through my closet hatch to check inside (I was certain I saw a raccoon sticking its nose through the AC ceiling vent in my bedroom) and confirm there were just squirrels. He came back a couple days later to close the door permanently after checking with me if I'd heard any more noises. He also supplied photos of all the work he did. He also took the time to look into my neighbour's deck and potential animal access points, so he could give more informed recommendations (she wasn't there at the time). I could tell Nick and Gates in general, are experts at animal removal while seeing keeping the animals well-being in consideration. When he told me he had coaxed a skunk out from someone's stove in their kitchen the week before and it didn't spray him, he must be an animal whisperer :-)
