Kirby and co are always friendly and work hard to complete their tasks in a timely manner. The quality of the work was great. My only complaint was that the spot under the umbrella was not power washed, or some sand got underneath it.

Very impressed with the quality of work. Kirby came out to de-moss the roof but landed a full day cleaning gutters inside and out and cleaning windows also. He quoted a price and stayed with it even though it was a larger job than he thought. Because of Kirby my home now has that curb side appeal and will sell faster.

We've been a customer of Kirby's for a few years now and very happy with his cleaning services. So we decided to try his team out for painting services as well - and he introduced us to Al. Al and his paint crew did an excellent job on our renovation project. They completely painted the interior of our 4900sq ft home in a timely manner. Painting is really the crowning touch. It's what stands out after the drywall and millwork is done. Al is a real gentleman. He cared about and did his best to finish so our family could move in. As other trades ended up requiring more time to finish. Al had to juggle and reschedule his team to accomodate our shifting timelines. And then Covid19 hit. Al made arrangements with us to make sure his team was safe. And when his time to finish before the movers came in was compressed, he and his team worked harder to make the deadlines. Their quality of work is excellent. Al, Ray and Ashton spent the time to properly prep, tape, sand and caulk surfaces and trim. Al's cutting is great - sharp and clean lines. They used a combination of spray, back rollering, brush and roller work. End result was a consistent colour on all surfaces. There were some contractors you need to be around to make sure everything was OK. With Al and his crew we didn't have to worry about that. Al was one of the few trades we completely trusted. Not only was he helpful from start the with colour choice & combinations and finishes, he would share advice from time to time that helped us with other aspects of our reno. On the top of all this - his quote was one of the lower ones. When we are ready to paint the exterior, will definitely have Al and his team back. Al gets an A+ for quality of work, timeliness and customer focus.

I use A Glass Act today for the first time and I am VERY happy with them. I live on the water, a hillside home, and have a lot of glass. Salt, wind, and dust is not my friend. The guys did an outstanding job, were very professional, and for the first time my atrium skylights have no markings from when they were first installed - and I have had them cleaned before by other companies! They also power washed the decks and were helpful about some staining on them. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

This is the second time I have used "A Glass Act" and both times I have been very impressed with their service. A few things really stand out: 1. Good communication - Kirby let me know what to expect and when to expect them. They arrived when they were expected. 2. Great attention to detail - everything was cleaned very well, much better than other companies we have tried before. 3. Non-disruptive - other than the noise of the pressure washer we were able to go about our business while they were cleaning. This was very important as we have two people working from home right now 4. Professional & polite - Kirby is always very professional and it is clear he is an expert in his field. Having dealt with many different contractors over the years, he is one of the best.

Kirby, the owner of A Glass Act has been coming to us for fifteen years and has always worked above and beyond expectations. He and his helper came last week and cleaned the roof of winter moss and debris, cleaned out all the gutters, washed the windows and power washed all walkways, the driveway, and other areas that needed cleaning. Not only did he do an excellent job, he is also a really delightful person!

Kirby did an excellent job repairing and cleaning my gutters and installing gutter baskets. The gutters were full of leaves and other debris which was thourouly cleaned and two downspouts were repaired as they weren’t draining properly. I would highly recommend him to anyone as he is courteous and very professional
