    Chandelier Cleaning

    My wife researched alternatifves and called Kirby at A Glass Act. She was impressed with his professionalism on the phone and followup for details regarding the job. Kirby and his crew came in Dec 6, 2016 and cleaned 3 chandeliers (one of which was very large and hard to get at), replaced all the bulbs, and even cleaned our kitchen island light fixture + replaced our burned out bulbs throughout the house. Everything was professional and done with care and attention to detail! Our chandeliers sparkle...better than new! We would recommend A Glass Act to anyone in need of their services!     Gutter cleaning

    I am very happy with the gutter clean done by A Glass Act. Compared to other companies, very prompt response and estimate provided in writing. The technician arrived in agreed time frame and did an excellent and thorough job. He was so polite and explained exactly what he was doing. He was also able to resolve our overflow problem by pinpointing the clogged downpipe and carefully removing the debris. I have no hesitation in recommending their service to anyone focused on service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    removing debris off roof and gutters; cleaning windows

    Kirby did an excellent job cleaning our windows and removing debris off our roof and gutters. He even took a picture of the roof after it was cleaned off. The windows were spotless afterward. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

    Power washing exposed aggregate sidewalks and stairs

    Over the years, the dirt and moss build-up on my exposed aggregate sidewalks had become ugly, and the moss this year was particularly bad. I was worried about pressure washing though because I'd heard that it could damage exposed aggregate. Within a week of my initial contact with A Glass Act, Kirby provided a quote, and then came to do the job personally. He was very professional, and the sidewalks and stairs look fantastic.... I had no idea that was what they were supposed to look like! He did over and above work as well, cleaning lower walls of the house near the sidewalks, a retaining wall area, and garage exterior, all within the original quote. And no damage to the exposed aggregate!

    A glass act Chandelier cleaning

    It was hard to find someone to come into your home and clean your Chandelier. But I finally found A Glass Act and booked a date. They brought a very large ladder, tarps, cleaner and began the task. It took the entire day and I marveled at the sparkle "again" in my chandelier. What a difference. We also discussed how to clean my silk trees and flowers and encouraged me to purchase new bulbs so they could put them in the chandelier. They were hard working and very helpful,. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I do recommend them to clean your chandelier.

    Driveway and Gutters are Now Spotless!

    My family and I have used A Glass Act for many years and always appreciate their excellent service. It's been a while since we had our gutters cleaned and our driveway power-washed so both were needing help asap. Kirby and his team came very quickly after I contacted them and did all the work in one day. Both the driveway and the gutters are now spotless!

    Cleaning gutters and installing drainpipe screens

    Kirby called the same week I booked an appointment, to say he had finished another job earlier than expected and could clean our gutters that day. He explained the process of installing the drain guards and finished the job quickly. He even took a picture to show the final results!

    Windows

    I live in a Penthouse surrounded by 10 ft windows. I never realized how dirty my windows were until I had them cleaned by A Glass Act. The job was done on time, under the quoted price and they even cleaned my mirrors too! I'd definitely recommend them.

    Window washing

    We were amazed by the excellent service provided by Kirby and we appreciated this attention to detail. He is truly professional, hard working and very knowledgeable. Our windows and screens have never looked so good. We have a lot of windows and some are difficult to reach. That did not bother Kirby. We have already recommended his services to several people.

    Roof clean off and gutter cleanout and wash.

    Kirby did an excellent job. Will certainly give him the opportunity to quote on additional work on our property. Good prior communication, good clean up afterwards. Would recommend him to others in Victoria.
