    Window cleaning

    I've been dealing with Jim for several years and booking my appointment with Kirby was a positive experience. My windows are gleaming again! I am looking forward to having them clean my windows again in the Spring.

    Gutter cleaning

    We were checking on line for a gutter cleaning company with good reviews. that's how we found Kirby. The crew did an awesome job and we were very happy about the service. They were very friendly and the work was done in details. They did a complete clean up and let us know where the drainpipes need to be repaired. Overall, we were very pleased and for sure, we will phone them again!

    House Windows and chandeliers

    Found on Internet and Kirby(owner) made it real easy to deal with his company. Very accommodating to our schedule and considerate of our home. Great attitude and professional service. Wine cellar looks great!!!

    chandeliar cleaning

    was looking for a while for someone to clean my chandelier. found Kirby website on internet, sent him a few pictures and his team came and did a great job. some of the parts of my old chandelier were missing and Kirby took time to call all the vendors . great job

    Quick and efficient! Arranged estimate via internet with some quick iPhone photos! Windows look great. They were even able to get to a tricky skylight on my roof that was difficult given the proximity of a neighbours home! Overall, very happy with the work and process!

    Driveway, curb and brick planter maintenance

    A delightful surprise of professionalism, commonsense, and exemplary service when ‘A Glass Act Window Cleaners & Building Maintenance Ltd.’ cleaned our driveways, curbs and a brick planter of lichen, moss, grass and dirt. We were particularly impressed with the level of care and detail that was taken with their unique cleaning methods using a combination of a flat surface cleaning machine (picture below) and pressure washer. Our driveways and planter looked new again! General Manager Kirby Koochin was honest and straight forward to deal with. The job was finished on schedule at a reasonable price. A real pleasure to work with this company.

We like to use the Flat surface pressure washing cleaners especially on large exposed aggregate driveways and side walks - this method provides a very good, uniform cleaning result and prevents "splash-back" into swimming pools and other places that we don't want to get wet from the power washing. Being honest and straight forward about the job, is what we are all about!

    Window cleaning, driveway and roof maintenance

    After a number of years taking care of our windows, roof, and driveway ourselves we decided to find a professional. We requested quotes and customer reviews from firms who focus on this type of work. We quickly discovered that the prices were all over the map and that only a small minority of companies post reviews from their customers. A Glass Act stood out with very competive prices and plenty of happy customer reviews. We were not disappointed. The roof is complely free of moss for the first time in many years, the downspouts are clear and the roof has been sprayed with a product that takes care of the moss spores without harming the garden. The driveway is completly clean and the surface has received 2 coats of cealant and the windows are cleaner than we were ever able to get them ourselves (see attached photos). Kirby (the general manager) made sure that all of the work was completed to a very high standard of quality. We will be repeat customers.

    Trailer Power Wash

    These guys were great. Kirby was onsite with the team nice and early to get the job done. He ensured the process was smooth and easy. The two guys doing the job worked really hard and were really nice. The staff enjoyed their company. The results of their services left our portables looking brand new. Excellent work. I highly recommend them.

    Window cleaning inside and out

    I found A GLASS ACT thru Homestars. I chose this company due to the high rating from customers and they sure we're not wrong. Originally they were to do the whole house and driveway but due to water restrictions I had Jim and Rob do the inside and outside of the windows of my house. They were very professional and the job they did was exceptional. The windows are sparkling clean along with the screens. I am definitely going to rebook for next year to have the house,sidewalks and driveways done. The pride they showed in doing the job is something you don't often see. Thank you for a job well done.

    Window cleaning plus interior & exterior gutters on house & garage

    This was our first time using A Glass Act. Thanks for fitting us in as requested, Kirby. We found Jim and Rob to be highly organized and professional, yet pleasant as well. Best job we ever had on both gutters and windows!
