    Chandelier cleaning

    Wow !! what a fantastic team and what a fantastic job. Kirby and his assistant Vincent did a wonderful job on my chandelier !! They were very careful with all the crystal pieces, polished every single piece of crystal and replaced all the bulbs.

    Gutter Cleaning

    I needed same day service and a Glass Act was able to accommodate me. Kirby was very helpful in arranging things quickly, and the serviceman, Georgie, was professional, friendly and thorough.

    Chandelier cleaning

    The elevation of chandelier in our entrance hall is prohibitably too high for any family member to service, and hadn't been attended to for many years. We were fortunate in locating A Glass Act to provide a long-overdue cleaning. Kirby and his assistant Vincent were genial, considerate and very professional in completing the work, installing the necessary scaffolding in a somewhat awkward working space, and ultimately providing us with a spectacularly bright and welcoming vestibule for visitors to our home. Finding a company to undertake this kind of work can be daunting, but we made a good choice in hiring this company and highly recommend it to any others who might require similar services.

    Dismantling, Cleaning & Packing a Delicate Chandelier & Installing a Replacement Chandelier

    I have a beautiful Murano glass chandelier that is very precious to me. Kirby carefully dismantled, cleaned & packed the components for me so that when I am ready to relocate it will be ready for travelling. He also cleaned, assembled & installed a replacement chandelier in my dining room. It was a lengthy process to complete this task but Kirby managed to do an excellent job. I will definitely be contacting Kirby in the future to reassemble & install my treasured fixture.

    Window and Gutter Cleaning

    Our 4 unit condo recently had our gutters cleaned and we were extremely pleased with the work. The crew who did the work did an excellent job – they were very friendly & courteous, they took the additional time to make sure all the gutters were properly fastened and they repaired loose gutter fasteners and drainpipes and did a complete clean up after they were done. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and, compared to other contractors we have used, their overall customer service exceeded our expectations. We had previously hired "A Glass Act" to clean our windows and they did a great job so we did not hesitate to hire them again. It is a pleasure dealing with this firm and we will continue to use them in the future.

    Gutter Cleaning + Repair

    Kirby and Jordi were very helpful in completing our gutter cleaning and repair. Our gutters had not been cleaned for quite some time and we had a number of repairs needed on corner seams. Jordi sealed these, and installed a new down pipe where water was collecting. He was on time, did great work, listened to our concerns, and offered to help with any issues if we had any.

    Gutter Cleaning

    We have been dealing with Kirby and his crew for a few years now. They have always been reliable, polite and efficient. We are so happy to have found such a trustworthy company to assist us with our gutter cleaning needs.

    Washing a crystal chandelier by hand

    Kirby & Vincent arrived at my home prepared for the task of cleaning my dining room crystal chandelier. They dismantled every piece, washed, rinsed and returned each piece to their original position. They were punctual, professional, pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend "A Glass Act" to anyone. Thanks fellows for a terrific job at a reasonable rate.

    Window Cleaning

    Over the last few years Kirby and his staff have become a valuable and most welcome part of my household maintenance team. They are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They leave my windows and mirrors streak free and sparkling, even my near impossible to clean bathroom mirror with it's baked on grime due to the heat from the 8 bulb theatre lighting above it. Good job, well done!

    Gutter Cleaning/Washing

    This was our first experience with this firm and we found them on time, pleasant, helpful and efficient. They do an excellent job on the gutters and clean up afterwards.
