The former occupants were not gentle on them. Toronto Steam N Clean were very accommodating with the time, kept me updated on the booking, the crew showed up on time, and finished the job in a timely manner. The stairs look much better than they did allowing me to extend the use of carpeting for a bit longer. I'm very happy with the results.Answer from pro:

Our basement carpet was well overdue for a proper cleaning. Between two kids and large dogs, it was a hot mess. The whole experience with Steam n Clean was amazing, easy to book and the customer service was excellent. I cant say enough about the technician, John, who did the cleaning.
