    Area Rug cleaning

    They picked up and dropped off on time and as scheduled. The quality of work appears to be good. I'm happy. The times when I called, they answered the phone. ( No voicemail msg. required) payment options and process was easy & convenient. The cost was market value, not the most expensive but not the least either. I will use them again in the future and recommend .

    Super friendly and great service

    First of all kudos to this company for hiring disabled persons. I had a deaf fellow clean my carpets and stairs and did an absolutely superb job. His colleague advised me along the way during the process and recommended some treatments for future spills since we have pets and small children. The folks in the office are also some of the nicest people to talk to, they were patient with my concerns during the booking process and explained everything in detail to me before scheduling me in. I will undoubtedly be using Steam n Clean again.

    Amazing service

    Best service!!! Everything from quote to the cleaning was perfect. Everyone was very quick, professional, and easy to deal with. John and his associate (sorry I forgot your name!) were on time, very thorough, and quick. We got a couch and a vintage armchair cleaned and wow--they're like new! We'll be recommending them to everyone and will certainly use them in the future.

    Basement flood and furniture steam cleaning

    We had a flooded basement this past weekend due to a pipe bursting in our walls. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until the water had already pooled at which point we panicked and called several companies and none of them answered. This company however did return our call within 20 minutes and advised on what to do to stop further damage and even helped in how to deal with insurance. About an hour afterwards their technicians showed up and spent 3 hours removing water and all the damaged material including one wall and the entire floor. They also moved our furniture to the garage and advised that they would clean it there and leave it there until the basement was fully dry and finished again. We ultimately decided to not go through insurance due to our deductible and more importantly because Toronto Steam Clean got the job done for us under $3k and in one day. We will also be using this company to do the renovations in the basement in the spring time. I will happily refer anyone to this company. They are responsive, professional, and enjoy what they do.

    Fast, helpful, thorough!

    They came to do my moms place and Did such a great job. They have helped move all the furniture out of the way - did such a thorough job of all carpets, rugs, and sofa. Suggested solutions to deal with pet stains etc. Was very very pleased with the service. The office was great to deal with as well - very responsive and flexible to the timing I needed. Highly recommend.

    Carpet cleaning

    Upholstery stain removal

    Black paint on white upholstery. Nightmare. Courteous and professional . Very organized and streamlined process around scheduling, progress, and invoicing. Well deserved 5 star review

    Rug cleaning

    The rug cleaners, John and his assistant, showed up on time and were very efficient. They were nice,polite, and made my rugs look like new. What more can I say. Great job. Thank you. I would definitely recommend their service.

    Office carpets and furniture

    We had been using a different company for the past 10 years but they recently had shut down operations. This company is a lot more organized, extremely professional, and very customer service oriented. The owner called me twice the week after the cleaning to ask to come back in for any spots. Who does that? Amazing experience from start to finish. We look forward to working with you moving forward.
