Steam cleaning carpets
We used to have two dogs, one sadly passed last December. There were multiple stains on Living/ dining room carpets , hallway, stairs and in our family room. The guys from this company seemed to be in a big hurry to get into the house and leave. I felt rushed and didn't realize the company had sent the bill so quickly. I paid and within an hour was asked for a review. I wanted to wait until the carpets were dry until I did that. It took almost 2 days before they were dry, possibly because they used a lot of water , particularly in our family room. I can see previous stains, though not quite as bad ,are still there. They charged for sanitization of three rooms but I'm pretty sure they only did that in the family room. The sanitizer had quite a nice odour which I couldn't smell upstairs.
Not sure I would be happy recommending them. Everything was too rushed.

While we aim for the best results, some stains can be stubborn. As for the sanitization, I can assure you that all rooms were properly treated. Suggesting otherwise is simply not accurate.
