A1 Quality Chimney Cleaning & Repair reviews (289)

Did exactly what I expected.

Excellent work.

Very professional, friendly staff. Communicated my options and potential scenarios really clearly. We still have more to do, but can't at the moment due to the weather. But the follow up to explain further what needs to be done, when and how was great.

they were quick, efficient and did the job well. 5 stars. The person who came out also gave me tips on how to start a fire since it was my first log fireplace. Thank you A1!

Prompt, knowledgeable, patient. We got this completed with Kelley knowing there was a deadline. Thank you!

They did a great job coming in and doing a check and cleanup. They were very helpful answering our questions and doing a good checkup!

I noticed water coming into my fireplace during a heavy rain and called A1 Chimney to come investigate. Jacob, the service man, told me that everything looked completely normal and there no work needed. He explained that it could have been the angle of the rain or wind. He didnt try to sell me on a cleaning or any superfluous work, and to top it off, didnt charge me for the visit. I sincerely appreciate Jacobs honesty.

I had a chimney inspection and cleaning done. The service person was courteous, knowledgeable and was on time. Very pleased with the service and would hire them again.

Great experience dealing with A1 Quality Chimney cleaning and repair. Excellent communication, worked around weather constraints and also timing on our end. Team got the work done in 1 day, left the site clean. Chimeny looks great. Would recommend. Not the cheapest quote, but great information about the work that needed to be done, and why they would opt for a full repair vs a partial repair. Super happy with the work.
