I posted a request for the project on HomeStars and I received a phone call within less than a minute. The work was complete a few days later. I was happy with the work and the clean-up, and happy with their expertise and professionalism. I had had a quote from another company who asked me if I wanted the chimney to be shorter. Thinking this would save money because there would be less to build, I said yes. I told A1 about this and they were shocked because there are regulations and reasons about height. Imagine if I'd gone with the other company and ended up with a not-to-code chimney.

Company was quick and easy to deal with, polite and helpful, would recommend to anyone needing an inspection done!

Excellent Service. Kelley gave informative information regarding rebuilding our damaged chimney or removing it as we were getting a new furnace and no longer needed the vented chimney. Have been using A1 service for our chimney for about 7 years now .and I am greatly impressed with how they go about the job!.. They call months in advance to book a time and they follow up with a reminder call The technicians I have seen over the years are ALWAYS on time !..their work ethic is outstanding .. I had my 30 year old boiler, that was venting up my chimney with my hot water tank, replaced with a new wall mounted high efficiency boiler by an HVAC company. As a result of the new boiler now venting separately out the wall via a PVC pipe, the diameter of the chimney liner for the hot water tank was now not to TSSA standards. After checking reviews online, I requested quotes for 2 highly rated Chimney repair companies. One has still yet to respond to my request BUT A1 Quality Chimney and Repair responded within a couple of hours if that. I spoke to Owen who was/is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and clear. I hired A1 to do the work and they were able to schedule me in a short time period. Owen gave me a two hour window when he would arrive. On the day he texted to give me an accurate time within that two hour window. He diligently worked and did a nice clean job. He even removed the leaves and twigs that were in the eaves and opening to a downspout in the area of the chimney. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A1 QUALITY CHIMNEY AND REPAIR!
