Excellent communication, fantastic work and respectful of my property. Came back when I thought I heard rain but wasn't from their work yet they still fixed it for me FREE of charge in a helpful and professional manner. They call months in advance to book a time and they follow up with a reminder call The technicians I have seen over the years are ALWAYS on time !..their work ethic is outstanding .. I had my 30 year old boiler, that was venting up my chimney with my hot water tank, replaced with a new wall mounted high efficiency boiler by an HVAC company. As a result of the new boiler now venting separately out the wall via a PVC pipe, the diameter of the chimney liner for the hot water tank was now not to TSSA standards. After checking reviews online, I requested quotes for 2 highly rated Chimney repair companies. One has still yet to respond to my request BUT A1 Quality Chimney and Repair responded within a couple of hours if that. I spoke to Owen who was/is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and clear. I hired A1 to do the work and they were able to schedule me in a short time period. Owen gave me a two hour window when he would arrive. On the day he texted to give me an accurate time within that two hour window. He diligently worked and did a nice clean job. He even removed the leaves and twigs that were in the eaves and opening to a downspout in the area of the chimney. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A1 QUALITY CHIMNEY AND REPAIR!

When the team came to do the repair they were professional, highly skilled and efficient. What I liked was the job was not considered done until Robert gave his seal of approval. I had A1 Quality Chimney do a chimney cleaning and inspection. We had draft issues and they recommended installing a Chimney Lock Top, which they did on a separate visit once we confirmed. The individuals were professional and the cleaning quote was well priced compared to others. This work was done back in 2021, and I'm only writing the review now after going through old records.

Fast responsive. The service guy just came to our house for inspecting and cleaning the chimney within a hour after A1 contacted me. The guy is very polite, gentle and patient. He does not only give me advice how to deal with our issue in the future, but also, incredibly, cleaned up the dust and dirt that were left behind for weeks under the couch near the fireplace. Strongly recommend their 5 stars services.
