    Cap and liner

    A1 Chimney's tech rep, Owen, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was fair in the price and did excellent quality work. He was prompt and easily accessible. You can't ask for more then that.

    Great service and so friendly

    Zack from A1 came to clean and inspect our chimney. He was friendly and knowledgeable - he put our mind at ease about the safety of our chimney, and gave us some very helpful tips to have a safe fire. He also checked to ensure we couldnt have animals enter from the top of the chimney. Highly recommend!

    Chimney Cleaning

    Excellent service - affordable and professional ! We would recommend the company. Arrived on time, as scheduled and did excellent job. We hired the company to clean our fireplace chimney.

    chimney cleaning and inspection

    It was a pleasure to meet our service person, Zack. He is very respectful, has excellent customer service skills and was very thorough in his work. He was very clean and an excellent communicator.

    Perfect service!

    We wanted to have our chimneys checked because they had not been swept since we moved in our house. Nathan inspected them and did a quick fix. His explanation were clear and we would definitely call the company for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

    Chimney repair

    A1 was great to work with. I needed my chimney taken done to the roof floor and rebuilt. The job was done quickly, professionally and was affordable. I’m very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

    Chimney Removal

    Quick, professional and great attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. Robert was friendly and provided a fair quote. The work was completed later that week and the staff were punctual, efficient and VERY tidy. They took care to vacuum debris and returned the hose in a tidier fashion that I had left it! The chimney looks great and I am 100% satisfied with the work done. Thank you!

    Very Professional

    Very professional from first contact with the company through to completion of the job. Owen, the repair rep, was very friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and took the time to describe the problem, available repair options and pricing. Doesn't get much better than that!

    Super helpful and genuine guys

    I had a wood stove insert that was installed into an existing fireplace by the previous owner of my home, but the installation was not up to code. I reached out to A1 Quality Chimney to help remove the insert and get the fireplace running safely again. Aaron and Owen took the time to explain why this job could be a lot more complicated than I originally thought, and suggested I take on the project myself to save some money (as otherwise it would cost severals hundreds to do). He walked me through all the instructions and even gave me his cell in case I run into any trouble and need some help. These guys are really helpful and genuine people, and they're looking out for your best interest. I haven't had a chance to see them in action yet, but I'm sure the quality of their work will be as good as their customer care. I will definitely be calling them in the future for chimney cleaning/service.
