Jatin & Gurpreet was very attentive and brought to our attention various small details as he was going along doing each window. Because this was an older house with various renovations over the years. We walked around together with my wife with Jatin and went over each window after the job was finished. Again we are very happy with this job!!

I contracted with A1 Windows to replace the remaining 10 windows in my house. Jatin, Ranjit and Nanvail arrived on site at 9:00 am and proceeded to do a fine job in preparing the house for the installation. It was pouring rain outside and they took great care in keeping the water and mud outside. The windows were professionally installed and I am very happy!

We went with A1 windows because of their reputation and value. We're happy with the great service! Jatin, Ranjit, Navi and Gurpreet did a solid job replacing and installing all the windows in our three story house. It was not easy; we had very old windows that they had to saw out. It required two trips due to the challenges but we're happy with the great installation and commitment to excellence. Thank you!

Jatin, Narvil and Ranjit came to our home this week and installed two windows. They were polite, efficient, friendly and did an excellent job, cleaning up after themselves too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. They have now replaced all the windows in our home.

I hired them to change my windows on Sept.6, 2019, and all I can say is, Wow! Jatin, Ranjit, and Nanvail were very kind and professional throughout the entire process. They were completely amazing, my windows have never looked this transparent and looking through it makes me feel like I live in a brand new home! The installation was incredibly easing, knowing that my house is in the right hands. Typically, these things take forever! A1 Windows completely blew me away, taking only one day! We first secured A1 Windows' service for the basement windows in our previous home back in 1999 when A1 was just starting out as a small family business. 20 years later, we needed to replace all the windows of our current house and A1 naturally came to mind as we had good memories of this company. Though its quote we got for the current project was not the lowest one, we liked its product, its warranty and its services, ranging from the office staff to the estimator Chris. The crew headed by Bobby arrived within the established time frame on the day of installation, removed the old windows in our preferred order, installed the new ones immediately and cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Bobby is extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. He paid lots of attention to details, such as shoe removal and cleaning up right after each job. Once everything was completed, he gave me a tour of all the new windows, showing me how to use them and sharing window maintenance and home renovation tips patiently and ungrudgingly. After they left, we found a couple of minor problems, and Bobby came back the next day to fix them. He is a great ambassador for A1 Windows and represents the company well. In a word, we are very pleased with our new windows and with Bobby and his team's work. There was just one glitch about the scheduling. We booked 3 days off from work for installation as instructed. On the second day of installation, however, we got a phone call from the office as late as noon advising us that the crew could not come that day as promised.... That was very disappointing as we wasted one day's work for nothing. Despite that episode, we are overall very satisfied with A1 Windows' service, the installation process and the value of their product. We have no reservations in recommending this company, as we will use it again in another 20 years....

I have nothing but great things to say. Everything went as promised or better. I discovered the mullion of a very large window was seriously compromised and there was both a security issue and a general issue of air flow. To make things worse I had a work trip planned in 2.5 weeks. While A1 could not fix the window, Robert got me an estimate by end of day, just as promised. I made my decision, and he and the company fast-tracked the job. The window was installed earlier than planned, and then the team of Shipdeep and Gurpreet worked to trouble shoot through the mistakes of the previous window's installation. I have an excellent window that has been properly installed. I wish every home maintenance/improvement project worked like this.
