It was pleasure to deal with this company. The guys used the most sophisticated methods to fix my drain pipes (they lined my old pipe with fibreglass liner). The job was done fast and with no mess, that I would expect after that big job. Great experience. Would recomend to anyone.

Absolute responded immediately to my call. Ecavated to clear blocked drain. Discovered second problem, city main drain was also blocked. Helped to get the city to respond and fix the problem. Installed U pipe. Fitted the old clay pipes with a seemless fiberglass liner, filled the hole on my lawn, tidyed up and left. Top marks for Absolute Draining and Plumbing.

The job was done on schedule, the price was competitive and I found all the representatives of the Company that I dealt with to be responsive and professional. My only complaint is the mess that was left behind; a little bit more effort in enclosing the area where the work was done would have saved me a lot of time cleaning up.

We researched other companies & found their prices competitive i.e. sewer liner. In comparison to workmen we had working on other projects,we rate this company at the very top of the scale, as the staff of this company truly know the meaning of efficient & effective customer services. Right from the 1st contact starting with Igor who came to the site to obtain the contract & the owner Andrew Mokrivsky who worked with his staff on the project all handled themselves professionally. They worked hard, efficiently & diligently to ensure that the work site was properly protected & later cleaned so that you could not tell they had worked on site; they identified & corrected issues without being told & successfully dealt with the City Inspector.We are very pleased as the end result achieved exceeded our expectations.

Dimitri, the service technician, did a great job. He was able to unblock the drainage in under an hour. The price was excellent as well. Everything in a professional manner. I would no hesitate to call them again for service I require from them as well as recommending this company to others.

Contractor was referred to me by a friend ... always a good sign when someone you know refers a person. I was very happy with the service and will recommend this company to my fellow friends if they ever say they need a plumber.

In all my dealing with contractors etc, I've never been as pleased as I have been with Absolute. Andrew was helpful and professional, able to get the work done quickly, and dealt with problems immediately. Update: It seems there was no trap put in the shower drain. I didn't notice the smell at first because I didn't use that bathroom. The person who did use it didn't mention the smell until one day she said "you had caesar salad for dinner right? I could smell it in my bathroom when you washed the dishes". Turns out that when you don't smell sewer gas, you smell whatever is being sent down the drain (e.g. cleansers). I'm adjusting my rating accordingly. It won't post without putting an approximate cost. I honestly can't remember how much we paid.

I recommend Absolute Draining & Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. I have used their service for both renovation projects and for repairs. I am very pleased with their service and knowledge. I will continue to use Absolute Draining & Plumbing and highly recommend them!!"

They were alright. They got the job done, they fixed my problems, but left a big mess when they were finished (especially with their muddy boots). Just a little wipe here or there wouldn't have hurt them. I expected a little better job, but as long as my problem was fixed, its alright. Meh, you get what you pay for.
