Aetna saved our home. No, seriously, they did. We bought a house in 2022 and within a month noticed termite activity. We called Aetna and they inspected, reassured us and booked us in for a liquid treatment. They had also mentioned a possible new termite system they were hoping to receive in the next couple months. We have an extension at the back of our home that sits on a slab, and the floors have heating. To say that the treatment was challenging is an understatement. The liquid treatment just couldnt touch the termite activity. Aetna kept coming back to check, treat and wed wait. Meanwhile, termites were tearing up the flooring in our kitchen that was located in the extension of our house. I would honestly call and email Liz weekly, sometimes I would even be crying. I was just so worried that this dream home we bought would never be rid of termites. Liz spent a lot of time empathizing with me, talking with Richard, and reassuring me that theyd figure this out. And that Sentricon would be here and it would help. They said its a product from the US and they had to wait for Health Canada to approve it. We waited what felt like forever. Truly, I thought it would never arrive. Finally in October 2023, Sentricon arrived and Aetna installed it for us. They put 10+ bait stations over the exterior of our property. To make this long story a bit shorter, we are now in September 2024 and we no longer have any termites. They ate up all of the stations and have had to be refilled. We have an annual inspection coming up and Im so curious to see what may have come of the new stations. Aetna saved the day with Sentricon. I truly believe its a product that everyone needs, especially in areas with highly active termites like in the east end of Toronto. Thank you Aetna.

Richard from Aetna Pest Control came to our East York home today to do a Termite Inspection. After hearing our details of why we thought that we have a termite infestation, Richard made a thorough visual inspection of our house perimeter, including both sides as well as our porch ,deck and garage. Richard heard how we thought that we had discovered termite tubes in our basement, and checked the joists and window sills, and floor boards, as well as the drywall. Richard determined that we have Sow Bugs and that there is no evidence of a past or present termite infestation. Needless to say we are Very Grateful for this Excellent news ! Murray B

Liz listened to my concerns of hornets entering the wall of my house and quickly booked an appointment. Jose and partner were very professional to locate the hornet site of entry and exit and safely sprayed the area with proper safety equipment. The entire staff were courteous,friendly and knowledgeable.

We noticed some Termite activity in our basement about a year ago, and called AETNA to provide a solution. Richard patiently explained the protective and preventative measures required, and helped to calm our fears. Over the last year, Richard's team has come whenever we have asked them to look at something unusual, or to provide renovation advice. We are so lucky that we called the right company to help us through this challenging time. We know that we will continue to be "good friends" with AETNA in the coming years to combat this tiny but invasive pest.

One evening we found a large mass or swarming bugs that had come in through the foundation wall of our basement. The following morning we called Aetna right when they opened. A lady answered right away and had us send photos of the bugs and instantly put our minds at ease as she did not believe that they were termites (which to an untrained eye they looked like). They then had a representative come to our house at no charge to double check and do a thorough investigation. We would highly recommend the company as they were incredibly knowledgable, friendly, professional and helpful in a time where we were very concerned.

I have been using Aetna for the past 20+ years - for an annual termite inspection - & recently for a rat problem in & around our house. I have found each Aetna rep to be prompt, helpful & friendly. I couldn't recommend the company more highly.
