Richard Murphy and before him his dad, are the pioneers in Pest control and extermination. I have been a customer for termite prevention, living on a termite hill for over 40 years. I have not had life and active termites since I became a customer of Aetna Pest Control. Richard gives his all to eradicate termites and all crawling insects that destroy your house. I would not trust my house to any other pest control, since Aetna is reliable, dependable, come at any time to accommodate YOU, the client, and the product they use to treat your house with WORKS, they are experts and the best when it comes to pest control.

We had an infestation in a kitchen cabinet this weekend. Initially I thought it was due termites -- panicked and called Aetna. Liz was most helpful on the phone and asked me to email her the pictures. And very quickly she got back to me via email that it was a moth infestation and advised me the appropriate action. She refused to accept any fees for this help. This is unheard of in today's day and age when a lot of service providers are just out to rip you off. I am highly impressed by aetna's professionalism and would definitely turn again to them if, god forbid, we ever have a pest problem in our house again.

Richard is the best known and most respected in the field of termite treatment in Toronto. He knows termites, has the tools. understands the problem well and has the solution.

Hussain arrived on time and was very thorough and efficient when he searched for termite entry points into my house. He clearly explained why the termites had reappeared and what needed to be done to treat them. He also made helpful suggestions for future renovations that could help to deter these insects. He was courteous and pleasant at all times and takes pride in doing his job well. I will make a point of asking for Hussain when I need Aetna's help in the future.

We discovered termite mud trails in our basement and called Aetna. They were very helpful in explaining the situation to us. Travis and his team was very professional, efficient and thorough. Kept our house clean while working and were very considerate. Travis demonstrated extensive knowledge on the issue at hand and gave us helpful options in regards to finishing the floor after drilling. Equipment they use seemed brand new and the liquid solution they used to protect our house is the newest in the market, which has a much higher success rate than its predecessor. I appreciate their professional services and can recommend Aetna for termite extermination to those who need references.

Good service. The guy arrived on time and they shoot all around our house and backyard their treatment against the ants. I can't tell yet if it works because it's been only a few days but the service and job was great.

During our first spring in our new home (several years ago), we began smelling something unpleasant underneath our back extension after the snow melted. We called other pest control companies to figure out what we were smelling but no one could properly address this problem until we called Aetna and had the great fortune of meeting Hussain. We cannot say enough good things about his quality of work and his helpful and friendly attitude. We have had to call Aetna a number of times over the past several years to address issues with mice living inside our walls and under our back extension. After our first encounter years ago with Hussain we were so happy with how effectively and eagerly he dealt with our rodent problem that we learned to always request him. On one occasion we were unable to get Hussain (due to us wanting someone to come down the same day that we called and Hussain was understandably all booked up) and we were sent someone else. The contrast was striking and we decided that from then on we’d rather wait an extra day, if need be, to get Hussain instead. He is willing to crawl underneath our deck, squeeze between our home and our neighbour’s home, and pretty well do everything it takes to find possible entrance points into our home for rodents. He does all of this with such a kind and friendly demeanor. He takes his job very seriously and appears to really enjoy his work. It is apparent to us that Hussain takes great pride in his work. He is very professional and helpful with reviewing solutions to deal with the problems we have encountered with rodents. Hussain is always on time, or in fact he’s usually early. The effort that Hussain puts into each visit is consistent and impressive. Thank you Hussain for all of your help over the years! We hate having to deal with pest issues but when we do, it makes us feel so much more comfortable to know that you’re on the job and will get the job done effectively. We will continue to request you for any future pest control jobs in our home (which hopefully be minimal!).

We were extremely satisfied with the service that Hussain provided for our ant situation . Hussein does his job well, efficiently, explains solutions for the future and is well-mannered with his clients.

In mid-2007, we had Aetna remove termites from our 50-year-old home in Toronto. The owner and Richard, on-site and office staff were exceptionally professional and efficient. The following year, the termites returned in another area of the home, and, as before, Aetna rid our home of the termites. We have had peace of mind ever since, having Aetna come on an annual basis to inspect the home to find the termites all gone. Thank you, Aetna
