Aetna definitely knows everything possible about termites and most other pests. They completed a full inspection of my home before I purchased it, and they gave me complete peace of mind as well as a few very good tips for knowing what to look for in terms of spotting early signs of termites. If I ever had to have my home treated, they will be the first people I call. Very professional and kind.

I pay about $180 per year to have this company check my home for termites. For 4 years in a row, they found nothing and I started to wonder if I was wasting my money. But year 5, they found termites. I could see them too. They said they'd have to come back and treat them. I groaned. "How much is this gonna cost?" "Nothing!" they said. It was free because of the annual policy I had out. Had I not had the policy, it would have cost $2,500. The guys who came to do the treatment were super nice, on time and professional. They explained everything to me and weren't annoyed by some inconveniences they encountered that were my fault (long story). Anyway, if you have termite issues, this is a trustworthy company.

The folks at aetna are great and have been in the business for a long time. If you're in the east end (Danforth) these are the folks to trust with your termite inspection and problems. They offer a termite warranty which is a nice feature.
