    Furnace/AC Service

    Technician called ahead to tell me what time he was coming, he showed up at that time, he was very courteous, and explained everything fully. A great experience, I would recommend Aire One to others.

    annual maintenance on a/c and furnace

    Very bright and efficient young man came and serviced the furnace and air conditioning. He pointed out readings, tests, results and what that means, leaving results for my records. He recommended future service for our consideration. Thanks

    Heating

    Our technician arrived early (thankful as we were cold!) and was extremely friendly and very detailed about our furnace issues and what we needed to do to correct. He ensured we knew all of the follow up steps he would do and the ETA on equipment we require. Tom was extremely professional. Thank you!

    Annually Heating and Cooling

    I scheduled my annually service for today and Tom the technician arrived and asked if I had anything that he could help with.Setting the humidity levels on the thermostat was one so he took the time to show me! Everything else was in good working order and he was very polite and helpful. 10 out of 10 for performance !

    The Carrier Infinity thermostat is a more complex controller that also changes the humidity levels in the house based on the outside conditions, thus creating a more comfortable home. Dear Rose, you probably have the best available furnace!

    Furnace and ac

    We had the technician come today for the yearly inspection on the furnace and air conditioner. We have a maintenance agreement on a monthly installment plan which makes the cost easier to manage. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Addressed all our concerns . Knew the product line and cost for humidifiers as we were considering having one installed. Informed us that the units were in good working order. Applied an annual inspection sheet to the furnace dated it and signed his signature to show when he did the inspection. Overall the service call went very well and we would recommend Aire One .

    furnace repair

    The service technician did not arrive on time however this appeared to be an issue with internal communication. When a call was made to determine where they were they responded within the hour. The furnace was fixed quickly and technician was extremely polite and professional.

    Furnace tune up (PAP)

    The yearly furnace tune up was properly checked and completed by Jake. He was polite and answered every question I asked with proper detail. He completed the checkup in a short period of time but thoroughly checked everything

    Clean Furance & check a noise

    The Technician arrived on time, removed his shoes and proceeded to furnace he isolated the problem quickly explained what it was and said he would order a new part. He then proceeded to clean the furnace he preformed this task better then I have ever seen anybody clean this furnace, he cleaned areas I have never seen anybody clean before. I had some questions for him, he answered these questions in terms I could under stand not in some technical mumble jumble. After he was finished cleaning he check the furnace operation and said everything was working fine and would have the part that need to be replace ASAP and would schedule a time to replace it as soon as it came.. Kudos's to the Technician,he was polite, friendly ,knowledgeable , took time to answer my question . he is a stellar representative of your company.

    tune up

    Jake the technician did a good job on the furnace and air conditioner tune up. He explained what he did and said the furnace was working good, he was very polite. I recommend him to any one.

    Yearly inspection

    We had our yearly service call done and the young man (Adam) that came was on time, courteous, (my wife has a daycare and forgot to put up naptime sign) he knocked very lightly on the door as if he knew that. He was very informative and pleasant. Checked everything out and gave our furnace a clean bill of health.
