    New furnace

    My furnace broke down completely and we required a new one fast. They responded right away, explained things well and were able to install my new furnace in a very timely manner. The installers were professional and friendly.

    AC and furnace quote

    Dave C was very detailed and efficient. He was patient with the explanation of the parts needed fixing and he provided me with a detailed quote and available options for repair.

    Furnace and AC Tune-up & Inspection

    Technician arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledeable. He described all actions perfomed. He explained everything he found and went above and beyond. My furnace needs parts but tjey are covered under warranty and will be replaced as soon as they arrive at Aire One.

    Hot water change

    Matt and Kyle did a professional job and were awesome. I would certainly recommend them again.

    Furnace + Heat pump installation

    Aire One

    Darren worked efficiently to solve issue with condensate pump. He also did a very thorough inspection to rule out any gas leaks when I told him of a very high Enbridge Gas bill that had arrived that morning. He was pleasant to deal with and answered any questions professionally. He certainly showed his patience when making sure my ecobee thermostat was set properly. Very courteous too, he deserves 5 out of 5 stars.

    Responsive and professional

    I had these guys out for a new HVAC install when mine quite a couple of years ago. Yetserday my water heater started leaking onto the floor and they had someone out in under 24 hrs. Thanks for the quick turnaround. You guys are my goto now. Update... I had a bad sensor on the water heater. I called in the morning and by afternoon Eric had come out to diagnose, return for a new sensor, and had it installed mid afternoon. Yet another friendly, professional tech willing to make sure he could do what he could to get me back to normal. Thanks again.
