    A/c repair

    Very happy with technician’s ability and personality. He listened to my concerns and found the issue quickly. Turned out to be miswiring in the A/C unit from the factory. Will use them again.

    Furnace Replacement

    I was pleased to get a good balanced offer from Aire One to replace my old furnace. The salesman was smart, polite, and knowledgeable. Technicians were professional, quick and have done a very good job.

    Filters

    I called into Aire One for furnace filters. Jason was wonderful and helpful. He offered to match the online price even though I was paying in store and was extremely helpful in all of my questions about the filters and inspection services.

    Great customer service very knowledgeable Dave was great Would recommend to others people that are in need of service. So friendly Recommended options but deciding to go with a new unit. Thank you

    Ecobee Thermostat Install Warranty

    The technician patiently endured some lengthy resetting of the Ecobee thermostat access code during reinstallation of the device. The thermostat had erroneously not been connected to the air conditioner on previous install by another technician. He remained until everything was operating as it should. Nothing charged but Homestars review site is frustrating my efforts to send without a dollar amount showing.

    No cooling

    Very helpful and professional was a pleasure to have in ny home was kind to my children and dog very informative and made it much easier to decide on the next coarse of action. You have a very good emplyee and I would recommend him to all my friends and family

    Darren was here today and did a furnace and ac maintenance. He was very polite and courtesy in our house. For a young laid he was very knowledgeable. Thank you Darren and Aire one

    Hvac

    Darren was here for my furnace and ac maintenance. He was very thorough and polite. Changed my furnace filter and answered all of my questions. Overall I am very pleased with my furnace. Aire one heating cooling was Great highly recommended

    Alliteration was over to look over my new one year old furnace and ac. Showed up in his proper pope during the COVID pandemic. Was very polite and gave numerous tips on maintaining our unit.
