    Annual Maintenance

    This was our annual maintenance check up, part of a monthly plan through Aire One. We made our appointment when services were made available following Covid shut down. Aire One confirmed the appointment, and the technician’s expected arrival time, the afternoon before our appointment. Vahid arrived on time. He was polite, followed social distancing protocol, and was efficient in completing his work (he even removed and left his shoes on the stoop). He inspected the furnace, ventilation and air conditioning in a timely, careful manner. He seems knowledgeable, and he thorough.

    Air conditioner

    Great job!! The employees were on time, polite and friendly. Carried out their job in a very professional manner. I will definitely recommend Aire One to all my family and friends.

    New furnace install

    Top notch service by Darren and Dave. Had a new furnace installed by them and they were highly professional and knowledgable with all aspects. Arrived within the window and didn't leave until they cleaned up and took the time to explain the new system's workings and warranty. During the install they even took the time to patch the AC coil which had a poor installation by another company. Having a crew dedicated to quality work even not of their own, is a breath of fresh air. Thanks very much to both of them. Definitely recommend and would use their services again.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    The Service Technician Ricardo was very thorough in working to resolve challenges arising from installation of components involved in our repair. He sought confirmation from a senior technician warding off potential additional costs. Ricardo takes his responsibility to the homeowner seriously and will surely reach his aspiration of becoming a master technician himself.

    Air conditioning repair

    Amazing response time! Technician Phil was at my door with a friendly greeting, within 3 hours of my call! During Covid-19, safety is very important. Phil arrived wearing a mask and gloves. He maintained social distancing at all times. Service was very efficient, safe, and friendly! I will be using their services again for sure.

    Furnace diagnostic

    Sean provident friendly and efficient diagnostic service. Will update once additional work is done to indicate the validity of the diagnosis. Slighty wish that the technician had some general costs about replacements.

    Professional

    AireOne people came to my place and took a look at our AC/furnace which was 40 years old and half broken, they gave me a clear understanding of what needs to be done at a very competitive price with top of the line products. Andy and Keatley installed the AC and furnace at our place, even though we had a really old setup and I'd expected there be some complexities, they cut out the old system and updated the pipes and electric shut off switch etc along the way resolving all issues professionally. They were clearly on top of anything throwing at them and answered to my questions patiently.

    AC Installation

    Mike and his son, Owen, were amazing and very professional. They addressed all our concerns regarding the new AC. We were greatly satisfied with their service. No mess left behind and the work were done within the promised hours. I would highly recommend Airone to anyone looking to install Central Air Conditioning in their homes.

    AC Repair

    We had Sean come by to assess and fix a loud noise coming from our AC. He was thorough and professional and identified the problem quickly and resolved it in minutes.
