    Furnace

    Service was very good. The tech was on time. The tech was very friendly. The work site was left in a clean manner. I would recommend this company to friends. Our techs name was Sean.

    Yearly Maintenance

    Tech (Sean) was great. Fast and friendly. Excellent service. Would highly recommend. Happy to have the service permormed and not have to worry about the furnace and AC for the next year.

    New furnace and AC

    Our furnace and AC were approaching their end of life. After several quotes, much research and educating myself, I chose Aire One, and am very satisfied so far. Everyone from Mike (sales rep who worked with us to get to an agreeable price), to Lisa in the office, to Dave and Eric who did the install (completed ahead of schedule)...was nothing but professional, courteous, and helpful. I feel very comfortable with our investment. Good job...all of you. And thanks...

    Sean

    Sean came out from Aire One to look at our water heater. He asked few questions and quickly identified the potential issues. He addressed them quickly and even suggested looking at a better long term alternative. The whole intervention lasted 30 to 40 minutes. Thank you Sean was helpful, friendly and professional.

    Furnace

    Service was excellent. Mine was an emergency situation old furnace doed on a Friday night. Salesman was helpful and very patient explaining things to me. My installation crew, Dave and Flo were great. They reviewed everything with me, showed me how to operate things and left the place spotless. Highly recommend them.

    Furnace Installation

    From the service call to consultation of purchase to installation of the furnace, i have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and honesty. The installation crew was on time, courteous and respectful. I am appreciative of the education of my new purchase and clean up was great! thank you Aire One for such a positive experience.

    Furnace repair

    Technician Ricardo was professional and thorough. He had to repair the gas valve and took extra time and care in ensuring all was properly installed and working. He left us feeling safe and confident that the work was completely at the highest standard .

    Humidifier water leaks - Fixed and Confirmed Operating properly.

    Water was accumulating in our furnace room; discovered the water line connection was leaking &, subsequently, the Tech found the discharge line from the humidifier was crimped, causing any surplus water was backing up and overflowing. Phil, our Tech, also adjusted the water flow into the humidifier to the right level to minimize any excess. Finally, he checked every operation, humidifier/discharge pump and furnace to ensure everything worked as expected. We didn't have to pay for the service call etc because this was all under warranty - from Sept. 2019 installation.

    Furnace/air replacement

    Service and response time was excellent From the service call to sales and installation everything was A1 James did the service call, Shefik did the sale and the installation was completed by Jason and Austin. They were all professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely recommend Aire One KW. Thank you, Joan

    New Furnace

    The staff was prompt, efficient and very helpful. I was up against a wall, as my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. They came through with flying colours. I Would highly recommend to my friends
