    Service on my furnace

    James arrived in a timely manner, very professional - and quick y diagnosed the issue with my furnace . Poor filter!!! who knew . He did - when another service firm did not.

    Furnace and ac

    Upgraded furnace and had AC installed. Andy and Austin did an excellent job. They were punctual and worked in a very courteous and professional way. Very conscientious. Highly recommended. Friendly service.

    Fast and great service

    First time I worked with aireone they were fantastic, our heater wasn't working in the middle of winter and they were able to come that same night to fix it. When it turned out that the furnace was completely broken and we needed repair parts/replace furnace, they were able to do it the very next day and even offered to provide electric heaters for the one night we would have to go without. Very fast and efficient service. The next time they came we fell under warranty and again they were here within one day and fixed the issue within minutes. Every service member I've had to deal with is very smart and knowledgeable AND they actually call you 15min before they're supposed to show up =)

    Water heater installation

    The installers Farhaat and nick did a very good job and i had no complaints what so ever. They were very friendly and kind. Very quick and efficient. They were on time aswell.

    Furnace / Air install

    Great and friendly service. Good information regarding this install and other issues Servicemen noticed while doing this install. Concern regarding other units in the furnace room. Good information on what was noticed and how to correct. Very thorough in the work done.

    Yearly furnace check as per contract

    Sean was my serviceman. Furnace was checked. Two years ago I purchases furnace, air condition and hot water tank. Service has been good anytime that I called. Would recommend your company to anyone that asks.

    furnace & humidifier tune-up

    Maintenance plan made it easy. Technician was friendly, professional and he answered any questions that I had. Air One has been our 1st choice for heating and air conditioning maintenance. We are very pleased with the service. Jacques Loranger

    Robert did a excellent job this Morning! He is very intelligent and very Friendly person ! And Air one is the best ! Next time we always calling the Air one ! Absolutely I received this Morning from the technician Robert , Great job Robert !

    Service

    Amazing service . Very friendly and professional. Booking was easy and they went out of their way to fit an appointment time in that worked with my schedule. The service tech took the time to explain to me what he was checking for and didn’t mind this newbie homeowner with lots questions looking over his shoulder. Being a new homeowner it can be intimidating anytime you have to get service done in the home and they were upfront about the inspection cost and the cost of repairs. Quick to book appointment to come back to do the repairs . Excellent service. Highly recommend

    Installed water heater - The installers Charlie and Gee were very professional and thorough.

    I had my water rented heater replaced through the city of Kitchener. They sent Air One to do the job. The installers were Charlie and Gee. They were efficient, professional and thorough. I was very please with the service.
