    Service

    Great job. Good with my dogs. Would like same tech again. He did a good job. Like aire one service. Thirty thirty thrifty is a bit of a pain. My story was told in 20 words

    AirOne service call for maintenance of furnace/AC unit

    The technician was great! showed up ontime, professional, and very helpful, showed me the basics so that I can do regular checks myself. IE how to insert the filter, how to read thermostat properly etc.

    Service

    Dakota came to do the service on my air conditioner, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the importance of monthly maintenance. Dakota was also very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend people to request Dakota.

    Service

    Honest and professional. Appreciated the advice! Was lost with a smell in one of our bedrooms. Gave lots of suggestions and inspected our furnace to give The full picture of what might be going on.

    AC tune up

    Dakota was friendly an efficient in servicing the air conditioner unit. He provided helpful reminders to change furnace filter on a regular basis and the benefits of duct cleaning every 2-3 years.

    He was very professional and did an excellent job. He also explained what he did so I could understand the service call. He gave me a few tips to help ensure my system would continue to run better. He is a great asset to your team.

    AC Service

    I highly recommend this company, Aire One. The technician who came to service my air conditioner (Dakota), was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Dakota was very thorough when explaining the care and maintenance of the product, and I found his review very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions. Overall, excellent service.

    Water heater pilot

    I called on a friday and ended up with a saturday 2-5 slot. Service man came by 4 and was great. He lit the pilot and discussed other services. The pilot went out within an hour of him leaving. I called for them to send someone back out and was told they would send out for a call. I called 4 times that evening and no return call. I am now on the second day and again the call centre is saying they can only send out for a service call. I will finish up this service but will not be calling again.

    Service

    Hi James was very thorough and took the time to explain to me how the funace and aur condition ahould be working has well as my thermostate he also advised me to change my filters which i dis not know i needed that so thank you he was wonderful cheers laura

    AC Repair

    Fast and efficient. Appointment process was easy. I really liked that someone was available to schedule an appointment after regular business hours. The Technician arrived within the window provided. Was friendly and personable. Diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly at a reasonable cost.
