    Had aire one come and do some service on my furnace and ac unit. The tech give my some good tips on how to use my system and how i can do maintenance on my system.

    Service

    Part of A/C (think it may be the humidifier) leaking small amount of water on the floor in front of furnace. Technician saw a part inside frozen solid...he recommended to only set to FAN and let ice thaw overnight. He said they would be back tomorrow to continue the service required. His service was excellent, very helpful and it showed he really cared about getting the problem fixed. Couldn't ask for anything better with his service!

    humidifer

    i had aire one install a new humidifer for me james was the tech who came to my house he took his time and walked me thourgh everything he did a very clean job

    Service

    Polite, efficient & punctual service. Service tech took his time go over everything. Give me tips on how to run my system. Would recommend aire one and there sirvice thanks to James for all his help

    Repair Furnace

    I have used your company more than once and really like the courteous staff that have been sent to my home. Today Cyrus repaired my furnace and he was so helpful and polite. I asked him a bunch of questions and he gave me the answers that made sense and therefore I ordered more work to be done in the near future. Dealing with staff like Cyrus makes the days that go "bad", go better. Thanks for your prompt service. Don

    Central AC replacement

    My experience with this company was excellent. Upon discovering my central AC unit was not blowing cold air, Aire One was able to quickly book a service appointment. Cyrus was knowledgeable and professional, and gave me a straightforward appraisal of the situation and my available options. I decided to purchase a new unit since the existing unit was very old, and Mike was able to easily answer all of my questions, demonstrated keen knowledge about HVAC systems, and gave me a competitive price. The two installers, whose names I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten, did a fantastic job. Based on my recent experience, I would highly recommend Aire One for central AC installation in the K/W area.

    Aire one tech James came out to check my furnace from previous install, very knowable would give outstanding. He gave us all the proper paperwork for the job to be done correctly

    Air Conditioner Not Working

    I called Air One when our air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. The technician (Cyrus) evaluated very quickly and said the motor was seized and could be repaired $733.59 for parts and $169.00 for labour. He then recommended to my wife (I wasn't home) that we should replace the entire unit because our unit was 14 years old and a new motor was too much to spend on an old unit. He charged $89.27 for the service call and said a sales rep would be by in a couple hours to sell us a new unit ($3000.00 range). We got a second opinion and the problem was diagnosed as a bad capacitor (motor was not seized) and was repaired for $349.12. The system is working beautifully, now! Stay away from Air One. They almost took us for the cost of a brand new unit when we only needed a capacitor. I'm calling Monday for my $89.27 for the service call back.

    New Furnace and AC unit

    Mike gave us an overview of the products we were interested in, he is extremely knowledgeable of the products. Knowing that this was not the way we normally make large purchases, he was very understanding and patient with us. The installers were great. They were very conscientious about cleaning up prior their departure. Lewis came to give the furnace a slight tweak. He was also very knowledgeable and took care of the problem in a very efficient and timely matter.

    Yearly service check

    The service specialist was friendly, courteous and efficient. He arrived within the scheduled time span. We have been happy with AirOne's efficiency and service since purchasing our new furnace in February 2017.
