    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We needed a new Furnace, the air conditioner needed moved so we got a GREAT Deal, and decided to do both. The rebates were great although Very slow at coming. The Company was Great to deal with. They were here on time did amazing work, kept everything clean and were done in a few hours. Would recommend the company, but the rebates should be included in the overall price.

    Annual service of Furnace and Air conditioner

    We registered online for the annual service of our furnace and air conditioner. Within 24 hours we received a call from AirOne to schedule this service. This annual maintenance was scheduled the next week. The service technician Chris, was courteous, punctual and very efficient. He explained the work he had done and stated we needed replacement of 2 parts on the furnace. These parts were ordered and have been replaced this morning. We would highly recommend AirOne. Service and followup has been hassle free and very efficient.

    Furnace trouble

    Had trouble with my furnace called aire one sent the guy out with in hours ,came told us he's name and went right to work ,had the problem fixed in no time ,checked the furnace out al good ,great to talk to and explains the issue.

    Install new furnace

    After our 10yr. old Lennox gave out several times Rick came out, checked our situation, gave us a quote on a Saturday with installation of a new carrier furnace for the following Monday. Eric & Tariq arrived early Monday morning & had the new furnace mated with our A/C and humidifier early that afternoon. They did an excellent job. After a weekend of no heat with a Monday morning temp. in the house of 46F we were back up to 69F by 7pm., nice & comfy.

    Furnace inspection

    The furnace had suddenly stopped working. After trying everything I could think of, I called Aire One to have a technician have a look. After a quick inspection, he discovered that the furnace switch had been turned turned off. I'm not sure how that happened but, as soon as the switch had been flipped, the furnace started up right away and the house was a comfortable 18 degrees again. Even though I felt very foolish, the technician was understanding and polite. I'll definitely deal with Aire One again.

    Service - Furnace

    I called Aire One because I was hearing a rattle when the furnace, which was purchased and installed by Aire One this year in April, was running. A service man arrived today. He was very efficient, courteous, and friendly. He checked the furnace completely, assured me that everything was working perfectly and if I heard the rattle again I should call Aire One back. I am very satisfied with the performance of the furnace and the service of the company. Norma Ingram

    furnace repair

    no heat when we turned on the furnace this fall and had to have it repaired Aires one sent out a service Tec and he took it apart new what it was and ordered the part. Installed and very happy

    I must say that from the time I sined with air one they are very professional, they take the time to answer any questions you ask and let you know what is rong I will recommend any to air one.

    Furnace diagnostic and repair

    I noticed my thermostat was no longer showing a reading so I checked my furnace and discovered the pilot light was out. I tried to troubleshoot some basic things to see if I could get it up and running and could not get it to start up. I saw a flyer that came in the paper for Aire One and called. Had a couple of cold nights and they sent out a tech named James who installed a new thermostat and was extremely helpful. He did a great job and I am totally pleased with the service. Top notch company I would suggest to anyone.

    Satisfied with the product!

    We have been satisfied with the product, and the service that we received from the installing service technicians. They were very informative, professional, and did their best to not disrupt the office while installing the unit. The only reason that we did not provide 5 stars, is due to the sales department over promising with regards to installation date. We were promised one date, and had been bumped approximately two weeks out. We chose to pursue this company based on the installation date they provided as they were able to provide a better turn around time than their competitor.
