Lehel came to our home to look at the job and gave us a detailed quote. Lehel was professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew were excellent, Joseph, Brigitte and Steven, I got what I expected and paid for. I would recommend Alliance Flooring for all the reasons I mentioned. Lehel and Timea helped us pick the floor and made things to run smooth from order to installation. They removed our old floor and sent over an amazing team to install the new one and in 2 days everything was done. This is for approx 450 square-feet. The installation team listened to our preferences, as we have an old house and the walls are not straight and did a perfect job in installing the nosing, which was the difficult part. They spent the whole day, until everything was finished in time and left everything clean, even if I told them that I will clean, because it was 10 pm at night when everything was finished. I will for sure recommend their services and use their services again. Great team that coordinates with the client and delivers awesome quality!

I chose alliance floor source based on the home stars reviews. From start to finish Lehel and his wife were so great In helping me find what I was looking for. Installation took place on time and was finished in the exact time frame given. Very satisfied with the work. Joseph (the installer) and his team were very kind,respectful, and listened to my every concern. They locked all doors, closed all doors and blinds as well as heating/air conditioning upon leaving every night. The home was left clean and tidy as far as a reno could. I did a search for hardwood flooring off the internet and the only real due diligence I did was to speak with the firms over the phone. I ending up selecting Alliance Floor Source after Lehel came to our home to look at the job and emailed to me a very detailing quote. Lehel was professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to choose the type of wood and gave me great advice on the different brands. Also, He did an amazing color match ​on the new stair treads. We were essentially re-flooring our second floor and stairs. With our town-home being over 35 years old, there were some tricky spots, but Krisztian the installer was not phased. Krisztian did a quick and efficient job, and worked with the troubled spots beautifully. I am extremely pleased with how well the floors turned out, thank you so much to all of you. I needed a small amount of vinyl floor tiling for a renovation at my income property. Alliance had the biggest selection of several stores I visited and was even able to order it in in less than a week which saved me from missing a deadline with my contractor. Was a good experience and I'd buy from them again.

This is my second renovation project using Timea's guidance, great choice of materials, style and colour. Will definitely be back for more supplies, next time. Thank you and best of luck in the future.

I was searching around for a certain type of vlyn flooring for my basement, i had been and called around a few places. Then i found Alliance flooring where a very friendly woman Timea answered my call. She was able to answer all my questions and help me find the type of flooring i wanted hydrocork. Timea kept in communication with me regarding samples and when they were available in store to come and see them, she didn't rush me nor pressure me to upgrade to any higher priced flooring. Store has amazing selection, will definitely recommend it. A week later i had question regarding the floor, called her up and with no hesitation she helps me out once again..thank you..

We are renovating our basement and decided to lay luxury vinyl floor throughout. We immediately decided to buy through them since their knowledge, assistance and costumer service was excellent throughout. Timea was extremely helpful in guiding us to the vinyl plank that best suited our needs and colour scheme. She was also very good at following-up with phone calls and emails to make sure we got the flooring in a timely manner. The overall price was also cheaper than all the other flooring suppliers we had been to for the exact same vinyl floor. We highly recommend Alliance Floor Source.

I was looking to have the floor replaced in the living room, hallway and kitchen with new engineered hardwood. So, I went on Homestars and found Alliance Floor Source. When I visited the store, Lehel helped me pick out the engineered hardwood I wanted. He also measured the area and provided me a quote of the project with the material I picked out. He was very knowledgeable of the products they had, the product I had chosen and the installation process. Demolition and installation was done by Krisztian and his team. They were always on time. Originally, demolition and installation of the new floor was meant to take three days, but got delayed extra two days. The previous floor was very difficult to remove, which caused the delay for installation. The work was done very professionally and clean. I am very happy with the new floor installed. Also, through out the project both Lehel and Timea provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly and kept me up to date on the progress of the project. I cannot stop appreciating the professional work and excellent customer service from Alliance Floor Source. I would definitely recommend Alliance Floor Source and come back again in the future.
