LVP installation on first floor
From start to finish, I enjoyed working with the team at Alliance Floor Source. Timea is very knowledgeable and helped inform my flooring choice, providing a few options to meet the demands of a houseful of pets. By borrowing the large samples, I was able to choose a colour and design with confidence. Lehel measured expertly and developed a plan to address some of the challenges with our 95-year-old house. The installation team of Alex and Adrian worked very professionally and very hard to get everything done in one day. Overall I am very pleased with the results!

Engineered oak hardwood flooring

Replacement of water damaged laminate flooring in a condo unit
I had an excellent end-to-end experience with Alliance Flooring to replace water damaged flooring in my condo unit. They assisted with ordering the new laminate floorboards and had their in-house flooring specialists conduct the repair in a timely manner. Hassle-free, excellent workmanship and fair pricing describe this company. They are simply the best at what they do!

Quick Service with good communication
Lehal was able to help with my brother's studio condo which experienced a flood. It was a small but quick job and they were able to help him get back into his home within a week of contacting them. Communication about the quote and process was friendly, detailed and patient. I definitely had the sense that the team at Alliance was invested in providing good customer service.

Bad customer service
The product was good, but I wish I ordered from another place, since all flooring companies have pretty much the same products and prices. The problem is their customer service and how they deal with issues. In my case, during delivery to the construction site, the delivery truck ran over the skid with limestone and had it broken. It caused a delay with the construction and I had to pay to replace a stone. I was naïve and thought since it happened during delivery, then the company would pay for it, like any other normal company would do. But no. First, they just refused to pay, shifting responsibility to me and saying its my fault that everything wasnt completely prepared for the delivery. After I pointed out that it is a drivers job and responsibility to make sure the unloading process is safe and properly done, and if the driver didnt see a skid with stone (on the side of the driveway, leaving more than enough space to drive by!) it is definitely his mistake, the business stopped responding to my emails. I had to file a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but even after that they refused to pay the whole amount and offered me a small percentage, again trying to shift responsibility to me. The complaint has been opened with BBB for a few months already, and the business just ignoring my requests to pay the whole amount. I would suggest staying away from this company and order somewhere else, where staff can admit and deal with their own mistakes, and where the customers satisfaction is a priority.

Carpet installation
Our new carpet flooring installed by Alliance Floor Source looks beautiful! Our experience in their showrooms and the quality of the installation is AAA. Our installer was very friendly and very efficient. We highly recommend this company for all your carpet and flooring needs. Soon we will visit again to select the luxury vinyl plank flooring for our main floor.

Wonderful Work That Enhanced Our Home
My wife and I were more than pleased with the work Alliance provided for our home renovations of installing oak hardwood flooring and hardwood stairs with new metal spindles and banister posts. Our older wood railings were restored and match perfectly. Thank you Timea and Lehel for your expertise and thorough guidance through the project and what to expect during the renovations! It is a pleasure to know you are both very knowledgeable and informative! Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience to see our outdated second floor turn into a cleaner, modern looking space that enhances our home's appearance and will add to its value! Thank you also to our wonderful installer Alex! He did a superb job for us. We are happy to recommend you to others and I have given a colleague your contact.
