We are extremely satisfied with the work that Alliance did for us. From our first meeting to the completion of the installation, the Alliance team were top notch - extremely professional, the work was performed in a timely manner, and the owners are very personable and answered all of our questions up front. If we need any additional work done on our home, we will not hesitate to use them in the future.

After looking for weeks for a good quality laminate and visiting at least 10 speciality stores, I end up finding, ironically-close to my house, the Alliance Floor Source store. The store not only had good European and North American made laminate at decent prices but also extremely knowledgeable peoples, able to provide deep specification details about both the laminates and installation options (underlayment, procedure, etc). The purchase and the delivery was a smooth process and I was pleasantly surprise by how they kept me up to date about all delivery aspects - no hassle, truly.

Alliance vastly exceeded our expectations. With 1970s hardwood, we were thinking of replacing, but Lehel, who could have easily said we needed the $9,000 job, said the floors were in good shape and he recommended a simple refinishing job at a third the price. We put carpet on the stairs and just those two jobs have added thousands to the value of the home. Thanks, Alliance! We're doing the basement next year.

When we took possession of our new home in May we thought that there would never be a better time to redo our hardwood floors than before we move all of our belongings into the house. The floors on our main level were damaged, but they were oak, and we thought they might be able to be sanded and stained.  Everyone we dealt with at Alliance was polite and professional. Lehel and his team are first rate. They really take pride in doing a great job. Out of all of the renovations we've done to the interior of the house, their work on the floors made the most dramatic impact. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. 

Two contractors fell through and as a last resort and without a referal I located Alliance through Homestar. These folks are professional, courteous, efficient and tidy. They have a large selection of quality products and they can also obtain specialized underpad which I needed due to condo restrictions. Five people from Alliance and 1 week later (including levelling my cement floor) the installation was complete. The rug, underpad and other waste was removed and my floor was swept clean. I do have some minor issues to resolve, however due to my schedule I have not had time to make an appointment with Alliance come up. I am still amazed how quickly the hardwood was installed. These folks have the expertise and knowledge to have a stress free experience with an outstanding results. I have to give them a "10"

Great selection, excellent quality and different price ranges to suit various flooring tastes and budgets are available in a well organized showroom. Amazing customer service from Timea made the shopping experience stress free and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick decision and was shown many options in different price categories. In the end, I ended up choosing the perfect laminate for my interior. She was also flexible in payment options, and I appreciated the possibility of “renting” samples to show to my clients to help us in making the best flooring choice. Overall, I would not hesitate to visit Alliance Floor Source again for all my flooring needs. Simple, efficient, attentive and friendly!

First, Alliance did an amazing job on the original installation of my laminate floor in my basement over a year ago. They were recommended by my contractor and from A to Z it was a great experience working with them. So, when our pipes backed up in our basement and flooded our floor, I did not hesitate to call Lehel. He was super quick to send someone over (next day) to remove the damage pieces of flooring. It was all done very professionally with care to save as many pieces of the laminate as possible for future use. We had to wait a week to let the floor dry out and then they sent someone else to put new laminate back in and touch up a few other bits along the way. We were extremely pleased with the service and the work and delighted that they took such great care. A pleasure to deal with, great products and fast, friendly service - I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Very, very happy with both the advice as well as the service from Alliance Floor Source. We found Alliance Floor Source through Homestars when looking to buy a hardwood floor. After preparing the sub floor Robert came by to put it in. We had been advised by Lehel to use an engineered flooring, which turned out to be the right advice as the floor upstairs is not leveled. Our request was to have someone do it who is very precise, as we have a challenging round nosing around the staircase. Lehel guaranteed that Robert was the man to do it. He is excellent. Not only did he cut the wood as well and precise as it could be, he was also very thorough putting it in, using extra glue and/or nails in areas where there is more traffic on the floor, to ensure the floor will remain as beautiful as it today in the years to come. And on top of that everything is done at a good price. We would advise anyone to go with Lehel and his team.

We decided to install cork flooring in our Kitchen and when we found Al;liance, they were very customer focused and provided us with the costs and tips on the installation. They had a wide variety of flooring (cork, la,inate, hardwood, ceramic, etc). I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

Alliance Flooring has a very nice large selection of flooring and very accommodating with respect to bringing samples home to look at. Also they ensured installation is complete to my satisfaction. I would recommend to others to come and see them for flooring.
