Excessive Condensation
We had a replacement skylight installed by Artistic and have problems with excessive condensation when the temperature drops below 0 degC. This is not a light misting around the corners and edges, but large drops which cover the entire inside surface of the skylight and have to be removed every day. The humidity within the house is kept below 40% and there is not a condensation issue with the other windows. A shade is closed at night to limit heat loss and deal with the cold draft that comes down from the skylight (as are blinds drawn on our other windows). Artistic claims this is the problem, but even if the shade is left open, condensation still occurs, although not as severe. At lower temperatures, even having the shade open is ineffective. Furthermore, I do not think that excessive heat loss should be tolerated just to accommodate the skylight. Artistic makes the dubious statement that humidity at skylight level can be up to 100x greater than in the rest of the house. If this were true, then an incredibly low 10% house humidity would translate to an impossible 1000% at skylight level. Artistic also makes the ridiculous suggestion to use a dehumidifier in the winter. I believe that a product should be designed for real world conditions rather than expecting the customer to bend over backwards to accommodate the product. I cannot recommend Artistic skylights.

Replaced skylight
Had suspicion of a faulty skylight in our home being behind some water damage. Contacted Artistic Skylight after finding them via HomeStars. Very good service throughout, had them come in for an inspection first, then booked replacement after confirming the issue. They were very easy to work with, both in terms of booking as well as the specialist that came to our home. You can probably find someone cheaper to do the work, but we value the peace of mind and ease with which they handled the entire process. Remember the Henry Royce quote: "The quality will remain long after the price is forgotten."

skylight repair
I was immediately recommended to this company by a friend who manages a very large commercial roofing group of companies. - this immediately says a lot. Their level of service was absolutely incredible and they were not only courteous and timely but explained each step of the process and even provided photos of both the problem and their solution - as I certainly could not get up in the roof myself. They deserve not only my recommendation but commendation as a company that knows how to treat their customers and their homes. Great job guys and I have already recommended them to friends!

dining room skylights

New Skylite Installation
We are absolutely impressed with Artistic Skylights' professional attention to detail. Their leadership team made thoughtful recommendations, kept to their end of June 2018 delivery target, and our budget constraints. Supreme test has been several early July 2018 rainstorms. 80's Skylight replacement
I selected Artistic skylights because they were quick to respond to my email inquiry. Top notch customer service and installers cared about the work they were doing. They protected all interior area with drop clothes, came and went when they said they were coming and going. Very smooth , easy process. Highly recommend

Replaced old skylight with new energy efficient skylight.
One of the reasons I hired Artistic Skylights was the fact that when I asked for a quote, they actual had someone physically come in and look at the job. Others gave me a verbal quote over the phone without taking the time to see what was needed. With regards to the technicians, they arrived on time and informed me of some of the steps they would be doing. Overall, happy with the service and the product. Thank you.

New skylight in stairwell
Artistic supplied and installed a brand new skylight in the stairwell of our home. They were very professional from start to finish and the skylight looks absolutely stunning and provides so much natural light!! Marco in the office was a pleasure to talk with and promptly responded to any and all questions we had and Richard worked quickly and cleanly on site and was clearly very experienced. Overall, our experience with them was excellent. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
