I received a call to inform me that the AtlasCare team were on their way, which was a nice touch. Deshaun and Ricardo went to work, with very little disruption. Ricardo explained that he could "sanitize" the ducts for a minimum charge which was a service I chose to take advantage of. They cleaned up nicely and Ricardo explained and showed me what had been done.
Both Deshaun and Ricardo were very polite and efficient.

Furnace tune up by a competent Kyle, led to new furnace installation. Orchestrated by personable Sales Rep Matthew, McCloud and Adam installed a new furnace and smart thermometer with no major issues. All three were professional and friendly. McCloud has much experience and takes his job seriously which was much appreciated. Potential unknown dangers were pointed out and solutions offered by Kyle and McCloud.
A new hot water tank was also installed and the old taken away.
I look forward to a continued relationship with AtlasCare.
