I was very impressed with the excellent service provided by all of the people I dealt with at AtlasCare, phones are answered by real people, scheduled appointments are met and the follow up shows that this business wants to provide excellent service and doing that ensures customer loyalty. Nimo, Director of Service Care, went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work performed on my furnace and service technicians (Stephanie and Rick) were professional and knowledgeable when they came to perform work. I would highly recommend AtlasCare to homeowners looking for quality service and genuine professionalism.

We just had our semi annual tuneup with AtlasCare. The technician Matt was an impressive young man who took time to explain what he was doing and obviously enjoyed his job. We have always been happy with this company. They installed our furnace and maintain it.

Showed up on time and even finished early. Very friendly, courteous, and professional. Would use them again and was able to get a discount because I used them a few years ago as well.

The service technician, Stephanie was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She arrived 20 minutes early and was done in 30 minutes. She explained what she had done and noted on the invoice. Super service.

My tech was Matthew B. Very friendly and professional as are all of their techs. Great service. Never have a problem with AtlasCare. I purchased my a/c and furnace from them 6 years ago and they maintain it every year. Never had a break down

Booked our a/c tune-up and they were able to come the day & time I requested. The technician, Stephanie, came 1/2 hr earlier which was a plus which is a lot better than waiting for a few hours. She was friendly and courteous. She was here for only 25 min. Great service!

Informative, helpful advice and diagnostics from technicians Adam and Gurmeet when our A/C required a service call. As with each and every contact with AtlasCare, the service was prompt, capable and thoroughly professional.

We have relied on AtlasCare for our heating and air conditioning needs. Recently Eric C (Tech 337) serviced our AC. Exemplary and top notch right down to catching potential issues. I have referred friends who have also appreciated the value of quality work and highly recommend this firm for their brilliant initial installation (Consultant Rudy H, Installers Steve S and Dave C) and superb ongoing maintenance. Plus they are a pleasure to work with!
