I hired AtlasCare for our duct cleaning and was very impressed! The technicians were punctual, arriving within their allotted window of time. They were professional, tidy and ensured that we were completely satisfied. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely use them again.

Appointment was on-time, superb service, helpful & knowledgeable personnel, respect for household, completely equipped for service calls. Service personnel offer suggestions on how to get the most from A/C and boiler heating systems.

Excellent positive attitude, prompt, explained process, clean tidy, helped quickly with something in the way of access, continuously worked, worked in difficult places. Stephanie and Andrew would present a great face to any organization and I will follow up as suggested by them with the service contract. A definite 10 for them!

As always, very impressed with AtlasCare. We have been using them for 16 years now. This is our second furnace with them. Very professional, prompt, tidy and friendly. Daniel Mantei, the Sales Rep, was very helpful in determining the proper solution for our home and the installers, McCloud, Nick and James, were also excellent.

the "A" (Alex and Andrew) team arrived on time and were exceptionally professional. They were polite, respectful and friendly. My dog loved them! They were efficient with their time and unloaded their equipment quickly. The ducts were blown out and the dryer vent was cleared of lint...they even recovered a spoon that had mysteriously ended up in the vent...A bonus! Before leaving they explained everything that they had done and double checked that my house was clean...a truly pleasant experience.

They arrived within the timeframe that they indicated when I booked the appointment and were very professional. We are very happy with the service provided and would definitely recommend AtlasCare.

Stephanie and Alex were excellent... Very courteous, thorough and explained everything in ways that it was easy to understand... good customer service, punctual, friendly. The whole job only took a few hours to do the whole house... Great Work!

Great team and a great experience. Starting with Daniel Mantei which presented the options in a knowledgeable and professional manner. He was concise and precise in his presentation and very thorough with his answering of questions related to the product lines. Great gentleman! Harold C. and Neil were the team to install the new furnace. They did a great job with the installation. They were punctual and courteous and again, very knowledgeable about the product and the procedure. A very good, clean job! And finally, we got the ducts cleaned as well. Andrew did a thorough and efficient job. He went above and beyond the requirements of the task and really provided great customer service. Very polite and professional young man. Overall, great team doing great work! I would recommend to anyone including family and friends. Very satisfied customer.
