The whole process of replacing the HVAC system was very efficient. Service was timely, courteous, thorough and the basement was left in a very clean condition. I will recommend Atlas to my friends and neighbours requiring a new HVAC system

Two very professional employees (Alex and Stephanie) of AtlasCare attended at my home to do a post renovation duct cleaning. I am very impressed with the work done. Each step was explained to me and the staff ensured that all was completed and restored in good working order. I have no hesitation in recommending AtlasCare for similar work.

Andrew and Harris came to clean the duct work at my house. They were able to come earlier than scheduled. They were polite and knowledgeable and explained the process well. They did their work efficiently and in a timely fashion.

Alex and Andrew came to do the duct cleaning, they were really friendly, knowledgeable, and were explaining everything they were doing, the price is a little bit expensive, but that's what you should do in order to keep your home in a good condition.

Eric was on time, polite, friendly, competent, and thorough. He showed me what he was doing, and explained what he had done when he was finished, left everything tidy and explained the way the HRV works and the setting we should have on our thermostat and why.We pay for an annual plan so this one visit cost is not fully representational.

Andrew & Dave were on time, pleasant and fast in cleaning out our ducts which hadn't been done since we renovated 6 years ago. They also cleaned out our dryer vent as an extra which was greatly appreciated - especially since they found tons of trapped and wet lint - potential fire hazard. Atlas does all our heating and cooling so i was happy to bring them in for the duct cleaning too.

Stephanie and Alex arrived on time, and jumped right into the job. They were courteous, careful, explained at the outset what they were going to do, and summarized at the end what they found. Atlas has provided me with excellent heating and hot water installation and maintenance service for years; this was an effective and thorough team which I would recommend with no hesitation.

I've personally contracted AtlasCare to maintain my heating and air conditioning systems for many years, and have recommended them to others as well. Recently my 84 year old Mother had to replace her hot water tank, and we worked with Ron to determine the best course of action for her. Because the building code had changed since the original installation, a replacement gas heater would have required extensive piping work and necessitated tearing out of part of the ceiling in her finished basement. In the end, an electric unit was installed and the work was done on time, quickly and efficiently. The installers cleaned up beautifully afterwards, and Mom is very happy with her new, larger, much quieter water heater!

Alex and Stephanie were very professional and courteous. They showed up at my door on time and explained exactly what services they were providing. They were neat and efficient. Would highly recommend.
