    Furnace installation

    Very professional, nice and most of all did an awesome job. The workmanship was neat, clean with all wires and pipes properly secured. Very satisfied with the installation and the guys that installed it. Customer service seems to be lacking in todays society. The guys that worked at my place represented atlas care with the most professional and kind attitude. Great job. By the way I my old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger (7 years old installed by builder). Service guys were great finding this serious problem and sales guy was not pushy and very educated on furnace systems. Overall a great company that knows the importance of great customer service.

    Furnace Service

    AtlasCare came in to service our noisy furnace. We've had it serviced by a few other companies over the years, but AtlasCare is the first company to actually solve the issue of our furnace being noisy and rumbling. Nimo Mansouri was professional, reliable and followed up when he said he would. We will use AtlasCare again.

    Furnace Replacement

    We recently replaced a furnace and AtlasCare was very proactive and their service was wonderful. Very easy to work with and we felt like we were in good hands. We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or fix their furnace.

    Annual furnace maintenance

    This visit was for regular maintenance of our four year old furnace. Another appointment will come in the summer for the air conditioner. Nimo was courteous, efficient and left the furnace area tidy. We talked about the thermostat and the fact that we program it to suit our needs. All my questions were answered and Nimo has a great customer service approach with clients.

    Scheduled furnace maintenance

    Note: I have a service contract with AtlasCare and the monthly cost is what's shown as my approximate cost. Eric C was the service tech. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and confidence inspiring. He helpfully and honestly answered my questions about humidifiers and duct cleaning. At no time did I ever think he was trying too hard to sell me something--a rarity in most other service businesses. I've been with AtlasCare for many, many years, and all I can say is that their standard for service and professionalism is excellent. And so is their performance! I highly recommend them.

    furnace repair

    outstanding emergency service on a minus 30 day in December.when my furnace crapped out, called AtlasCare and they were at my house two hours later! professional, and fast ... very highly recommended

    mandatory furnace servicing

    Eric was so professional. He answered all of my questions and he made sure that all was perfect before he left. I felt that he really cared. He is excellent!

    Furnace repair

    I had a furnace breakdown, and called, and within an hour they responded, diagnosed the problem over the phone and completed the repair within 2 hours. Excellent service, First rate highly Recommended!!

    furnace stopped working on the Family Day long weekend

    I called Saturday morning of a long weekend. Nimo Mansouri was here within an hour. He took his time and was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the problem, and put me on the right plan. The cost was a fraction of what i was expecting. Truly great service.

    Furnace

    Thursday February 13 my Wife called me at work to tell me the furnace stopped working. When I got home I did some troubleshooting and confirmed this was the case. I Google searched furnace repair Mississauga and AtlasCare came up. I called them and found the customer service very receptive and professional. I was told they could have a technician out between 5pm - 7pm and that he would call to say he was on the way. Sure enough, the technician called me, said he was on the way and arrived promptly ½ an hour later. Adam (technician) did a full assessment always explaining to me the mechanics of what he was doing and what he was looking for. It turned out that I needed a new furnace and Adam explained very clearly the benefits. Adam immediately contacted a sales rep who promptly contacted me and advised me that he would be out to my house shortly. Adam left and Dan (sales rep) arrived. Dan, like Adam, was very polite and professional. He explained all my options without any pressure. He was very “matter of fact” and up front about costs and did not hide anything. He immediately set up an instillation appointment for the next day (today Friday 14th). The installation team came to the house, on time, and were very professional, neat and respectful of one’s house, protecting the floor and stairs with covers, leaving no mess. All together I am blown away with the overall experience. It is very encouraging to see that there are still companies out there with old school values, where the customer is won over not only by product but by the people-TEAM- behind the product. I would, without hesitation, strongly recommend AtlasCare to anyone wishing to do business with this company. A very BIG thank you, to all of you at AtlasCare.
