    Air Conditioning Service

    AC wouldn't start during recent hot spill. Eric arrived on time and asked a number of questions to determine the problem. He resolved the problem quickly and effectively. He checked all the components and pressure output. Eric made sure we understood the problem and provided some advice about our unit. Eric has excellent customer skills and is an asset to the Atlas organization

    Emergency AC Service

    I was out of town, came home, asked to check out the AC by my wife who noted the house felt warm. After troubleshooting and realizing this is going to require an expert, I called Atlascare who came in Dec 2012 to install our new furnace. Here's the series of events after that led me to writing this review: 1. 10pm, called their emergency line 2. 1005pm, Nimo, the on call service tech called (quoted emergency service rate and I accepted) 3. 1025pm, Nimo arrives and quickly figures out it was low voltage wiring related 4. 1050pm, AC is up and running again... happy wife and 2 little boys can sleep comfortably 5. Problem was... low voltage wiring likely broken during furnace install... no questions asked, emergency service call covered by Atlascare.... FANTASTIC Customer Service. Nimo the service technician was great, very knowledgeable, honest and truly earned all 10 stars for Atlascare! I have had 3 homes, 3 furnace installs, by far, Atlascare is superior because it's large enough to provide service almost immediately, but small enough to make you feel like it's a neighbourhood Heating/AC company. Definitely recommend you calling them and making them part of your search/quote. Regards Frankie

    Ductless AC

    I got a few quotes to have a ductless AC installed in my frame house, AtlasCare's wasn't the lowest I got but the impression I got from my first interaction with Gord was that they were the least likely to leave me with a mess on my hands later down the road. I was able to get an install scheduled within 2 weeks, and today the guys arrived on time and ready to go. There was a mixup about being able to install the unit on the side of my house (it looks like a brick house but it's a frame). They were able to figure out a solution quickly, no additional charges and another tech delivered the additional parts so the install time wasn't impacted either. The installers were friendly, tidy, and respectful. Their lines were installed neatly, and quickly. My house is cooling down as I write this, I will certainly be calling them again for any other hvac needs I have in the future. Thanks guys!

    season opening air conditioner

    Your serviceman, Nimo, visited today to open our air-conditioning unit. Found all system in working order. I was very impressed by Nimo's open personality and concern that all systems were "go". He is a credit to your organization. I have been a customer of Atlas for a couple of decades now and have always been impressed with the high quality service. Our regular serviceman, Joe, has become quite a good friend. I mention this as we shall be moving shortly to a new location and will miss our biannual service calls from your company.     Air Conditioner Annual Service

    Annual Air Condiioner srvice - first time for Atlas (they acquired Company that previously provided this service) - Excellent job- Technician was very professional and helpful - gave us good advice and did agreat job serviving our Unit

    Air Conditioner sales person

    David Grassby from AtlasCare Heating and Cooling arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. as he said he would. Without pressure, using language I could understand, supplying all the information I needed, I purchased a new air conditioner since my old one was done.     Seasonal check of air conditioner

    AirCalm, which I have used for years and AtlasCare merged. I was somewhat leary since I loved AirCalm's service and service man. Leo, of AtlasCare came for an air conditioner seasonal service plus a check on my gas fireplace. He was excellent. He was friendly, prompt, informative and very helpful.     HVAC installation, service and maintenance

    We love this company, and it's because of Jeff. We have a difficult and challenging HVAC system and Jeff comes to balance the system twice a year and maintain the furnace and airconditioning. He is always punctual, super competent, and a pleasure to deal with. It's like years ago, where you had a personal relationship with a serviceman who you trusted and who was there to help when you needed it. Since Jeff started coming, our system works much better and without any problems. He's so good we insist on him coming and are willing to wait to get him if we have to. Well done Atlas.
