Eric from Atlas performed the annual maintenance on our A/C today. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what he'd done and the overall condition of A/C and took time to review the setup of the thermostat. This is our 2nd positive experience with Atlas - we had our furnace replaced 1 month ago and also had a very positive experience with a very professional installation. I definitely recommend Atlas - likely not the cheapest option but the service is excellent and the work very professional.

Today Eric a member of the Atlascare team viisted my home to service my air conditioner. He arrived on time, was very professional and conducted a detailed inspection of my air conditioner. Eric used slippers to enter my home and was very careful with his tool bag when entering and exiting my home so so he wouldn't scratch my walls. All in all a great service job by Eric!!

Eric arrived at the time he committed to and was very thorough in testing of our A/C. He took the time to explain what he had done, provided some tips for using the system and was very professional in his approach. He also took a few mins so answer some questions about a gas fireplace that we have.

Atlascare A/C service agent Jeff is a most capable pleasant, clean, obliging person to have in my home. There are approximately six Atlascare A/C. serviced homes on this street and we all ask for Jeff for Spring and Fall cleaning. I have recommended this company to others.

Summer A/C Tune-ups: Had main and 2 sub A/C units readied for summer. Jeff (#22) and his side-kick were very through and found and rectified a couple of potential problems. Thanks !

Jaz was very helpful. He listened carefully and shared his expertize with me. He proceeded to make the necessary adjustments and explained them to me. I was completely satisfied with his service and am happy to recommend Atlas Care.

The Service Technician, Nimo, was very friendly, professional and thorough in his review of the furnace and air conditioner. He worked quickly and efficiently and left the indoor/outdoor area clean. Very worthwhile and good service.

Randy from AtlasCare came today to service my two glass fireplaces. I was immediately impressed when he arrived early, greeted me and put on his booties and went straight to work. He was efficient and professional and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend these services. My fireplaces are sparkling and I have peace of mind that they are operating safely and efficiently.

Eric visited our home today (4.30/12) per an arranged appointment. Actually came earlier than first planned which in itself was great for us. He was an extremely efficient person. And full of personality as well as being very well-mannered. Did his job quickly but without rushing. And efficiently. Took time at the end to explain what he had done and covered during his visit. As well, offered to answer any questions I might have. He represened himself and AtlasCare very well. Send him here any time!!!
