    We called AtlasCare because our residential furnace refused to start one morning.

    My wife and I awoke a few mornings ago to find our furnace refusing to start (it had been off for a few days due to a mild spell). Upon calling AtlasCare I was greeted by a cheerful individual who, after guiding me through a couple of "checks" on the furnace, informed me that they could have a service person out to our house within a couple of hours. It is worth noting that the service window they offered was only two hours - not the six-plus hours service window I'm accustomed to from many other service companies! Sure enough, after only an hour or so into the service window the doorbell rang and a cheerful fellow named Chris was at the door. With no prompting whatsoever, Chris put on a pair of boot covers to protect our floors and went right to work diagnosing the problem. As it turned out, we simply had a severely dirty sensor that was throwing the rest of the system out of whack - a problem that took all of two minutes to rectify. Due to the relatively trivial nature to both the problem and the solution, and the fact that the invoice for diagnosing the problem was similar to that of a yearly system check-up , Chris offered to perform a full check-up and cleaning on our furnace unit! I was stunned. Many other service companies I've dealt with would have been content to simply wipe the sensor clean and walk out the door with the diagnosis fee in hand! It should be noted that Chris also gladly handled my barrage of a thousand questions and requests for furnace-related advice with aplomb. Friendly, Professional, Efficient and Knowledgeable! WAY TO GO CHRIS, AND WAY TO GO ATLASCARE! It is without question that I will always call AtlasCare first for all my home's climate care needs!

    Broken Furnace

    Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night. After calling several different furnace repair companies, I came across AtlasCare. They were the only company that could come that evening, which was very important to us as the house was cold and we have a young baby. AtlasCare promised to send someone over within 2 hours. Our technician, Chris, was friendly, knowledgeable and had the furnace up and running quickly, while educating us on the issue. Great work!!!

    Air Conditioning Service (Annual Plan)

    I constantly struggle with the value of this service plan for my space pak air conditioning (which includes repair costs if necessary up to $700/year I believe). However, they have fixed a number of issues over the years, and based on the amount of time Dave (a super technician) spent cleaning the system last week, I feel this plan has and will provide me with a number of extra years service from this system. This company has always been extremely professional in their dealings and I would highly recommend them.

    Fireplace maintenance

    Friendly, on-time, good service. AtlasCare was honest and candid after a problem occurred on the visit, and took extra care to make sure that it was fixed without trouble to me. Not many companies care like this.

    Furnace and A/C

    I have been an AtlasCare customer for many years. I find the Company to be very reliable and well organized. Jeff H. has done the annual tune-ups for many years and represents the Company very well. He is always punctual and I trust his work to be accurate. He always takes the time to explain situations to me and makes recommendations if appropriate. I am very happy with this company and have recommended it to others.

    INSTALL NEW FURNACE

    ATLASCARE WAS VERY EFFICIENT, PROMPT AND EXTREAMLEY COURTEOUS. DEFINETLY WILL RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I CALLED ATLASCARE AS WELL AS OTHER COMPANIES BUT THEY WERE THE FIRST ONES TO RESPSOND AND I SPOKE TO A LIVE PERSON EARLY IN THE MORNING AND NOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE. THANKS PAULINE AND CARL HERBERT.

    Serviced Air Cond.unit. Corrected vent connector clearance.

    Seasonal maintenance on A/C unit. Vent connector clearance required for Code requirements. Service rep. was prompt and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and performed the work efficiently.

    Furnace and fireplace annual tune-up

    Rep came on time. Did required work and explained in detail what had been done. Was knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. A pleasure to have in our home and made us confident of our choice of using Atlas as our service people.

    Furnace Cleaning

    The job was done very well and my furnace was adjusted to run as a high efficiency furnace. The original company that installed it did not have it set right. The technician from Atlascare took the time to explain what he had done to my furnace and why my furnace would be run more efficiently with what he had done. It did work! My heating costs went down.

    Furnace repair

    Jeff E. was sent to my house to repair my furnace, as it was blowing cold air. Jeff was extremely friendly and informative. He showed a lot of patience with my many, many questions. I was very impressed with his overall customer service and I am happy that my furnace is working again.
