    Service call for HVAC

    Booking service call was seamless. The tech Samuel show up ahead of schedule, he did advise that he was on his way. He did his diagnosis and took the time to explain the options. He wore protective covers over his boots. He was pleasant and explained all the options.

    HVAC subscription plan

    I am trying to cancel my HVAC plan. The call center operator says they cannot do this. Someone else will call me back. I was told they cannot even transfer my call to the other department. I have to get special permission to answer personal calls during the working day. No one has called me back yet. First request was May 22. Second attempt was May 31. This is getting very frustrating.

    Air Conditioner Service

    Darian was excellent, he thoroughly cleaned all equipment, was very polite and listened to my concerns. He took extra time to make sure my air conditioner and split unit were cleaned and helped me with replacement filters. I would highly recommend him and AtlasCare service.

    Kitchen sink drainage issue

    The kitchen sink drainage was poorly designed in the original house build (1985). Atlas assessed the issue, made the necessary repairs, and corrected the issue. Problem solved. Service was on time, met estimate, & we are very happy with the work.

    Bad experience, no diagnose detail at all

    I scheduled a tech come check where my AC refrigerant leak, and they told me it will cost $169+ tax, I am okay with that because one of friend already checked the pressure on my AC refrigerant is low, just don't know where leaks, so I relay on AtlasCare to diggnose the leaking. Tech didn't check and just ask me repalce for new one instead.

    PLUMBING EMERGENCY HERO

    WOW. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Steve came to our home for an emergency plumbing issue. It was the long weekend and no one was willing to come (although they all claim to have 24/7 emergency services). Steve drove from a call in Burlington (we live in East Toronto) at 9:30 PM, on a Saturday of Victoria Day weekend. He was COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, and resolved our problem. He deserves the highest COMMENDATIONS and the biggest THANK YOU.

    Excellent furnace service

    Best furnace and air conditioner service. Been a customer for over 20 years. Very pleased with new furnace and A/C and service.

    Complete System

    From getting a quote to installing the next day, the entire thing was painless. Matt showed up and was extremely professional and we decided together that I would replace the furnace , ac unit, air filter and humidifier. We came to a price I was comfortable with and scheduled the install for the next day as that was what worked for me. The team showed up on time and were courteous and professional. We discussed the install and off to work they went. I periodically checked on them and asked questions which were answered and explained right away. They finished up, cleaned up and were on their way. About 8 hours with lunch break. Everything is good so far, but I dont foresee any problems with the equipment or the service.
