    Plumbing Emergency

Our old water softener suffered catastrophic failure! Water was gushing out of the unit flooding our finished basement floor. AtlasCare had responded within 1/2 hour! Keegan from plumbing services was able to re-route and solder piping to negate the softener and thus solving the problem. Thank you Keegan and AtlasCare you guys came through for us Big Time !!

    The worst customer service

The worst customer service. No follow up. Complete runaround. After 20 years on a service contract. Bought out furnace from them. No support. Again worst customer service.

Plumbing replacements pipes and back water valve

We had a scary situation where the sewer drain was backing up in the basement. Called AtlasCare and Steve came the day after to inspect. He was clear and concise with what the problem was as we had very old clay pipes that needed to be replaced. Steve got his guys and immediately started working on the project and within 3 to 4 days it was done. Super professional and his guys dont stop until the job is done. In regards to pricing or competitive costs its not cheap and its hard to know how Atlas care is competitive in its pricing but when your desperate and your basement drain is backing up to the point where you cant even run a shower and flush the toilet at the same time, its probably a good idea to just do it right and get it done. AtlasCare is a bit like Apple, its expensive but it works and it works really well with super customers service. Hope this review helps,

    Great service knowledgeable staff

Had Atlascare install a new AC and furnace with an Ecobee thermostat. The sales person Abdel was great at helping us decide what we required and was not pushy at all. The install crew were fantastic and did a great job installing the AC and the furnace. They were informative and did a neat clean install. Jordan the technician who came the next day to install the Ecobee thermostat did a great job on educating us on how Tierny use it. I highly recommend Atlas Care

    High Velocity AC Install

We recently purchased a large old house that had never had air conditioning and did not have ducting to install a conventional AC system. We researched options that would not damage the original plaster walls and ceilings, and found that a high velocity system would work for the size of the house and be minimally impactful. After being referred to Atlas Care by another local family who had the same system intalled a year prior and had had an excellent experience with the system and the Atlas Care team, we hired them to install ours in June. Mike led the team onsite and planned out the entire design and ran the job professionally, efficiently, and expertly. We are so grateful to Mike, Gabe and the rest of the onsite team for their friendliness (even with our yappy dog) and expertise, despite the 30+ heat in a uninsulated attic and the difficult task of installing through knee walls. And special thanks too to Nimo, director of customer service, who's sensitivity and diplomacy was so appreciated when a neighbour took issue with where our condenser was placed, despite the fact it was five times the minimum distance from the property line and well below max decibal levels. He suggested switching out the condenser for an ultra quiet one, which he was under no obligation to do, therefore quickly diffusing the situation so we could "keep the peace". We are very grateful for the professionalism and expertise of the Atlas Care team who went above and beyond, and are enjoying an efficient and effective cooling system from the top floor to the bottom.

    Kitchen sink plumbing

I emailed Atlascare outside of regular business hours to ask for an estimate to re-do the pipes under my kitchen sink in order to free up space. Since it was after hours, I didn't expect a reply until the next day, but someone called me later that evening and after a short discussion about what I needed, offered to send someone the next morning. He even set up the booking so that it would not conflict with a work-from-home-meeting I had scheduled. The next morning, Bryan showed up promptly, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the work quickly on the spot. Bryan was friendly, courteous, tidy and efficient, and I'm pleased with the extra storage space I now have in that cabinet.

    Caveat Emptor -- AtlasCare

I had an AtlasCare drain technician quote for a drain job. Before looking in the drain the technician declared they would take out my kitchen and bathroom drain, break the concrete floor all the way down the basement then replace the drains and repair the basement concrete. I was on my own for the finished floor and wall repair. He took a look along the drain and told me there was no trap, a trap I saw being removed when I later had the work done by another company. He also told me there was a root blockage about 15 feet along the drain towards the street and said the company that cleared the blockage was incompetent to have left it there. The technician informed me insurance would cover the cost, minus my deductible. As there was no damage to my house and it was normal wear and tear, I knew that insurance would deny this claim, though I didn't tell him this. When I told him I was getting more than one quote, he got huffy. He somehow didn't find a trap when he inspected the drain and told me so. I don't know how he could have missed it and I saw it being removed during the repair work. The work I would have signed off on with AtlasCare would have been unnecessary and broken my budget. I went with an alternative to get the work done. After this work was complete, a camera was run to the city line to show me the drain was clear and intact. There was no root blockage where the AtlasCare technician said there was one. The AtlasCare technician tried to manipulate me to get me to sign a contract that would have bound me. If asked about telling me insurance would have covered most of the cost, he would likely deny it, and I would have no proof. I can't recommend this company as I no longer trust it.
