    AC diagnostic and repair

    He was courteous patient and efficient on a very hot day. Worked with my concerns about cost options and helped me find the shortest and least expensive option to having AC working in a heatwave

    Purchase & install of new AC

    Very satisfied with AtlasCare and the purchase & installation of a new AC. Fair price, prompt installation, all questions clearly and completely answered. I won't hesitate to recommend them in the future.

    city sewer back-up

    The city sewers on our property backed up. Gavin started work on the repairs. He was very friendly and a hard worker. Because I'm not very computer literate, Gavin went above and beyond to help me when it came time to sign the contract. I didn't have a clue. He's wonderful.

    AC failure - warranty repair

    Great response to warranty related matter. Fast dispatch of technician, repair on the spot and warranty applied without fuss. Appreciated the friendly approach from the technician and focus on getting things right the first time.

    Air conditioner

    Kyle did a great service explained what is to do and checked out every thing was working fine . pleased how Kyle did and explained in detail. Would recommend which i already have .Thank you

    Home heating and air conditioning

    I called for service because my AC wasn’t working. The service dept. was very accommodating in sending out a tech when I’d be home. The tech was quick to diagnose the problem and was helpful in explaining my options. He even helped me sort through old receipts to figure out what service coverage I have on which units. A sales rep came the next day to give me a quote in case we choose to replace rather than repair. The person in parts ascertained how quickly a new part could be obtained, and the head of the service department called me to further discuss the best course of action. They all went beyond the call of duty.

    AC and Furnace maintenance

    I was impressed today (as I usually am) with the professionalism and demeanour of Atlas Care's knowledgeable and friendly service people. Also impressive is the lack of turnover in this company - I have had the same few service people repeatedly. Happy employees=well run company=happy customers.

    Natural Gas Smell

    After investigation, the pilot light was off (this may have caused the smell); as well as the emergency shut off need the fireplace. Anthony also showed me where the main gas shut if is located in the event of an emergency. The call did not cost us anything because we have a plan with Atlascare! Thank you, Anthony!

    Air conditioner annual servicing

    Atlas Care is very selective in their hiring. In the 11 years we have dealt with this company, I have been impressed with every employee I have met or spoken to. Alex is no exception. In servicing our air conditioner today, he was professional, personal, patient and thorough in answering my questions and explaining everything he had done and checked. Alex is one reason I will continue to recommend Atlas Care. He is an asset to the company.

    Install hot water tank

    I discovered water in my furnace room, coming from my hot water tank. Atlas Care responded to my initial call within 24 hours, to walk through the problem and explore how they could resolve it. Rudy is a very diligent account manager. Pleasant to deal with and he made sure that each step of the project was not just being completed, but that I was satisfied with the work. They arranged an electrician subcontractor, who was very professional (Ampcon). The installation team (Phil and Jack) arrived at the time they said they would. They removed my old tank and installed my new one in a very professional manner. They answered my questions in an informative manner. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest solution provider; however, they deliver with upmost quality and professionalism.
