    A/C service call

    A/C not working Called and came within 3 hrs Very knowledgeable and courteous After checking all possible reasons for failure he found the cause. He gave us options. We made a decision and he promptly acted on it .He gave advise and answered all my questions as well. Couldn’t be happier or more thankful for their quick action and solutions Fran

    Saved in a heat wave

    An elderly widow with a failing air conditioner facing a week long 30 plus heat wave needed urgent help. Atlas Care came through. Friendly professionals arrived on time to assess the situation and then to install and test the replacement system.

    Air Conditioner Tune up

    Today I had a tune up on my air conditioner. The service man was very polite and informative. He took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and discussed with me what was done and why. Very respectful of me and my property. Excellent technician with excellent rapport with clients. Very pleased to have dealt with this technician. Mary

    maintenance check

    I pay a monthly service charge to keep my heating and cooling equipment running perfectly. Atlas Care, usually it's Al who comes by, does that well. He came by today for my fall/winter maintenance check. Al is very personable and answers any questions I may have. Hedid his usual sterling job.

    Lyndon

    Lyndon was dispatched by Atlas Care to attend to my non-functioning air conditioner. It was right before the long weekend on what was until then the warmest day of the year. Lyndon spent a lot of time explaining to me the source of the failure. We diagnosed a couple of issues that were preventative and will make sure that the unit will continue to work through the summer. I am thankful for the prompt response and also for the thoroughness of the call.

    Free assessment

    Kurt came to do a free assessment and he is very professional and courteous. The free assessment was offered by the home inspection company and we availed of it and he came to have a look. He was on time and very pleasant and a nice guy.

    Air Conditioner

    I have our furnace and A/C serviced twice a year with Atlas and they are great. Always come on time after messaging us to let us know that they are on their way. They always introduce themselves and wear booties and are very clean.

    Air conditioner check up!

    Neil showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and was very informative. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. I would recommend him to all Atlas customers!

    A/C problem-solving

    Sensible, straightforward and effective analysis of confusing and difficult to sort out problem; persistent, determined and able to discuss and explain possible solutions; friendly and quick; happy with the resolution - from non-operational to fully working.     New furnace and Air Conditioner

    We purchased a new Furnace and Central Air Conditioning unit. The sales representative, Justin, promised he would follow up with me and see if we were happy. Justin (nor anyone else) ever called. We were also told to book an appointment when the weather warmed up to tweak the A.C unit. I made the appointment, missed a day of work, and they never showed up! I then called the office and they eventually sent someone over that evening. I complained to the Director of Customer Service, Nimo, and he apologized and said he would send me complimentary movie passes. He never sent them. I called again and left him a disgruntled message and received no response. This company is very attentive when trying to sell you something, but once it's purchased, it's "crickets!!!"
