I recently hired Atlas to install a new furnace, humidifier and AC unit which involved new venting at the front of the house. It was a tricky install in a century old row house with limited space to work with for installing the lines and vents. The team was excellent and the installation went smoothly. Mike, the team leader, returned two days after the installation to replace a dial on the humidifier and, unprompted, offered to reroute some old venting at the same time, which wasn't in scope of the original job. He repeatedly said their goal is to make the customer happy, which I'm happy to say he and they did.

We always ask for JORDAN B by name to service our furnace, A/C and humidifier. He is thorough, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. He completes every single check and diagnostic, whereas other technicians we've had in the past have skipped over things, which caused problems for us afterwards. JORDAN B is also great at explaining how our machinery works. He is patient and polite and always calls/texts when he is on his way or running late, so it's easy to work with him. AtlasCare has great customer service. They are easy to deal with on the phone and are reliable in coming to the house when appointments are booked. Our only negative with AtlasCare is that their prices are a little high. You can easily find a better deal for these services elsewhere, but you may experience headaches with lack of thorough checks and unreliability. So I guess AtlasCare is worth the prices they charge... for the moment, at least. As long as they don't raise them!!! The company is expanding into other areas, like plumbing, electrical work and general contracting. I think the "one stop shop" idea is great for clients, but will only succeed if they can manage to keep their prices competitive, otherwise most people will probably choose "Joe from Kijiji" for their needs. It will be interesting to see how the company fares with these changes.

I've waited 15 years to ditch my hot water tank rental. Previously I have owned all my hot water tanks. Atlas will cancelled my current rental and install the new tank. I've dealt with Atlas Care for over 15 years for my furnace & air conditioner.

This was my first service call to Atlas. Response was fast, efficient, professional. Technician (Gurmeet) was prompt, efficient, friendly, helpful, and proficient. Could not be more pleased with the experience

I have been an Atlas Care customer for 20 years after having them recommended by the long time editor of the HVAC industry magazine. I have never regretted following his advice and have recommended Atlas to a great many people over the years.

The technicians were on time, friendly, and completed their work efficiently. They also provided a detailed description of the work and made recommendations for future work. They also offered other service provide by Atlas (excellent marketing. The performed more work than what was required by taping some hosing that had some leaks.

The team arrived as scheduled, worked in a tight space to remove old furnace suspended from the ceiling and replace with updated model in same location. Placed dust mats as best as possible to minimize dirt. I heard the installers talking between themselves discussing how they should best approach each aspect of this 'not normal' install, and I was impressed by their professional attitude towards the job. After a few minor variances to their plan, the furnace was up and running by 4:30pm. Well done the team from Atlas Care!

I would recommend Atlas Care. Kudos to Rudy for his help in getting a quote and configuration that worked for the condo board and our requirements. Installation team was very efficient and generally cleaned up well. All equipment was explained. Communication from Atlas Care is electronic with notification on technician arrival which is very helpful.

Furnace had stopped working. Jason came and quickly found that plastic had been sucked in to the air intake and blocked the flow of sir. it was quickly diagnosed and fixed.
