During the recent deep freeze we had to call on Atlas for emergency repair service for our 14-year old furnace (which had been supplied by a related company). It was our first ever emergency call. Their helpful people cam right away, diagnosed a complex problem, arranged for new parts and a scheduled date to install them, and left us with a workaround that kept us warm in the meantime. The parts were replaced on schedule, and we had another call to teak the system a couple of days after that. Everything was covered under our plan, no questions asked, and we paid nothing! The young energetic service staff were respectful, obtained all the knowledge they needed, and gave us great advice.
We will replace our older furnace with a slightly more capable unit, and Atlas will be the first place we will go in looking for a new unit this spring or summer..
