    Heating replace boilet

    My higher boiler gave out on a Friday on the coldest weekend of December. I phoned Atlascare right away. Rudy came to my home on the Saturday brought extra heaters and started to work on the replacement right away. The replacement was scheduled for Tuesday at 9 am. They phoned the night before and on arrival. In one day they replace the boiler and have a plan for other upgrades for the future.

    Furnace annual maintenance service

    Anthony Yi, the Atlas Care technician, completed the furnace annual service and was very helpful and efficient. He completed the work quickly and explained the results of the inspection clearly.

    What happened to this company?

    Long time client of AtlasCare but will be looking around for someone else. The last 4/5 years the service has declined. After paying renewal fee for comfort plan no one has bothered to call to schedule heating/cooling services. Each time I called to schedule appointments I have been told the problem would be rectified - but over 5 years it has not been. This year was the same. This time I wanted to separate the heating and cooling services as the a/c was repaired in September - having a service 3 months later makes no sense. I had to speak with someone called Marlene. Marlene has to be one of the rudest, condescending and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. She seemed unable to focus on what I, the customer, wanted and instead kept going on about a mute point - with a take it or leave it attitude. This is not how I expect to be treated for a service I am paying for. In the past, I have recommended this company to others - but will no longer do this. On the plus side not everyone I dealt with was like Marlene. Chantal, who rescheduled the service, was polite and easy to deal with. The service was carried out by Jordan who was efficient and very professional.

    Furnace Purchase and Installation

    Purchased a Lennox Furnace. Frazer, the sales rep was very knowledgeable, and helped us pick the right furnace for our needs. He did not push the highest priced furnace. Installation was done by Mark, and one helper. They arrived on time, competed the installation in less time than estimated, and left no dirt or traces after the job. Excellent service!     new hot water tank

    Two great guys came to our home right on time at 8:30 as planned. Both Tedros and Gabriel were courtesy, polite and very respectful of our home. Booties on at the door and mats put down from the front door all the way to our furnace room in the basement. Job completed was properly done and tidy. I am a picking guy. Thank you Atlas Care.

    Duct cleaning

    Abdel and Steven cleaned my ducts today. They arrived promptly set up the equipment and systematically cleaned up all the ducts and returns. They even found a section of the return that had never been cleaned before and was not only dirty but still had original construction debris. They did a great job and I will definitely have the back in 3 years.

    Duct cleaning

    When I called to book the appointment, I was told that the technicians will be there the next day between 8AM and 10AM. I am used to see technicians showing up close to the end of the time frame given, not this time. The crew was at my door at 8.05AM and when I opened the door, the first thing they did was to apologize for being 'late'. That made me laugh because I had taken the whole day off to make sure I am at home whenever the technicians arrive. When they came in, they put on gear to protect the floor from dirt, explained in details what they were going to do and how. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you Deshaun & Ricardo

    New HVAC System

    AtlasCare replaced my heating and air conditioning system in Summer 2017, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service and workmanship. Margaret provided me several options and paid great attention to every last detail. Along with Nick, they also did a thorough pre-inspection to make sure that nothing was overlooked. The installation crew - Tedros, Vernicio & Josh - were onsite for 2 days and did an excellent job, making sure that everything was done to a high level of workmanship, they answered all my questions and did a spotless job with clean up when done. I am very happy with my new system, it has performed very well so far, and I highly recommend AtlasCare for your HVAC needs. - R.M. Mississauga ON

    Duct cleaning

    The last (and only) time we had the ducts cleaned in our house, it was like a visit from Ghostbusters, but perhaps not as effective.... So, with a new furnace (Atlas care) we figured we were long overdue. We live in downtown Toronto on a one-way street with permit parking on one side of the street. Booking the appointment, Marlene ensured all details were considered and taken care of to ensure the correct truck came to do the job. I have fragrance allergies/sensitivities. Marlene also ensured any sanitizer used in our ducts was one that I could tolerate. Her care and consideration was most appreciated. Ricardo and Jordan B came to do the job. They are a tremedous team. They were extremely efficient, thorough and very thoughtful with our home ensuring floors were covered and spaces respectfully treated. They are also very friendly and truly lovely guys. We really appreciated their attention to detail, including the before and after pics. The disinfectant/sanitizer used in the ducts left a lingering aroma of sage and lemon. It was really lovely and I highly recommend it, especially if you have problems with fragrance. In a couple years when I need to get the ducts cleaned again, ​ I know who I'm gonna call...!
